Let’s not have a troubled mind

In a world where there is much Dukkha or Suffering,
the Dhamma will help us cope with any happening.

When things don’t turn out fine
Reflection
We need to understand the cause of misery.
Then we can accept the Dukkha more peacefully.
We will also strive on the Dhamma diligently.

Listen for the Dhamma chimes
Reflection To find the Truth of Life The Buddha persevered successfully.
May we follow the Dhamma Teachings of the Buddha ardently.

So sweet are the melodies

In life there is the unpleasant and the pleasant.
They are transient, do not be trapped by attachment.

Making it all worthwhile
Reflection Develop patience with life’s stings, pricks and pain.
They don’t last, they come and go just like the rain.

Reflection The 4 Noble Truths is the most important Dhamma Teaching.
Wise ones learn, reflect on and practice this to end suffering.

Reflection Joy and peace will grow in us when we have the Dhamma.
Our hearts will ‘sing’ and we’ll work wisely to end Dukkha

and reach out to help all people live peacefully.
