Ethan was known for his quick temper. A single spark could ignite the
inferno inside him leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
His volatile nature had cost him many friendships and strained
relationships with his family. However, a life-changing encounter with a
wise Buddhist monk named Master Kavi uncovered for Ethan a path to
control his anger in ways he never imagined.

the floor. “I sensed your inner turmoil even before you arrived. You

Ethan was taken aback by Master Kavi’s insight. He had come seeking
help but didn't expect the monk to see through him so easily.

Intrigued, Ethan listened as Master Kavi imparted his first subtle lesson.
“Breathe deeply and be mindful of your emotions. When anger rises, the
Master said, “the breath will anchor you in the present moment preventing
impulsive reactions.”

triggers within him that led to anger.

reactions including his breathing led to him being able to question
his own impulses.
Master Kavi’s second lesson came during a meditation session
amidst the monastery's tranquil gardens.

that fuel your anger and cultivate inner peace to

emotions, a separation between the emotions and his own being.

meditation hall. He told stories of ancient warriors who used their
inner turmoil as a catalyst for personal growth and transformation.
“Your anger is an opportunity for self-discovery,” Master Kavi said.
“Explore the root causes and let your anger guide you towards
greater understanding”.

Kavi. Master Kavi smiled warmly and said, “The lessons you have learned
were always within you, my friend. I merely helped you uncover them.”
