It is interesting to note there was a stark contrast between day and night activities in the city of Kent. During the day, guardsmen casually patrolled and
went about business as usual. In fact, there were even reports that throughout the daytime hours students would have long, peaceful conversations with
the guardsmen. However, at night, the violence would break out while mass protests were held, forcing the students and guardsmen to quickly retreat
to opposite sides. Once again, on the evening of May 3, non–lethal force was used and people were arrested as the guardsmen again struggled to take

Life after high school can be one of the most difficult decisions in your life. And it is not just one decision, the college you choose can alter many
aspects of your life. When you attempt to choose a school to go to you have to take into consideration many things. You have to know the major
you want to go for, the minors, location, tuition cost, et cetera. I have so many options for the next step in my life. For this paper, however, I have
narrowed it down to two options: Miami University and the University of Cincinnati. It is a close race between the two, but based on my recent
visit to Miami going there for college would be the better option for my future. Money is an issue for mostly all college students, everyone is
always worried about the debt they will obtain by going through schooling and how they are going to pay it off. Unless someone can get a full ride
scholarship, you are going to have to owe money to the university you go to. My solution is that I will be making enough money after college to
pay it off pretty quickly so I do not have to owe too much money throughout my life. Miami tuition is around $15,000 and room and board is around
$13,000 so the total is somewhere close to $28,000 ("2017 Cohort"). Cincinnati tuition is $11,000 and room and board can be from $11,000 to

Do not put your friends or hanging out with people over your academic studies, a few of my friends did that and it did not end well for them. I
would also tell the incoming freshman to make sure that they love the major they are pursuing and if they don't it isn't a big deal to change it.

The trees aren't going to be the tallest in the forest. They are usually 30–40 foot tall and 3–4 foot tall. The trees reach maturity with in 60–80 years of
age and most often living upwards of 100 years of age. Like I previously mention the buckeye tree blooms early in the spring. Flowers are a white to
yellow–greenish color and form in small clusters. Each flower will produce 1–2 seeds that will produce up to 5 nuts each inside the capsule. The
capsule is a pale yellow color that is spiny. The tree is one of the earliest to lose their leaves in the fall turning to a nice yellow and red color before
falling off. The buckeye tree has learned to adapt pretty well for survival. Its short stature means that it usually has taller trees in the forest towering
over it. While it can grow in the shade it prefers to be in open clusters or along streambeds in moisture rich soil. It has also shown great resistance to
fungus and disease. There are only six known diseases that affect the tree. One of the most common and most serious problems that the buckeye tree
will experience is leaf scorch. Most likely caused by drought conditions or pollution. The buckeye tree is polygamo–monoecious. The flower clusters at

This chapter provides a good history of Youngstown from the early 1980's to the early 2000s with a lot focus on the rising crimes that plagued the
town. The authors in this chapter at the beginning talks about how the view of Youngstown went from this image deindustrialization to an image of a
crime infested and political corrupted town (Pg. 190). Linkon and Russo put a lot of focus on the many stereotypes of Youngstown with most of them
holding truth. These stereotypes that read involved murder, poverty, mafia involvement, and corrupted politicians. The Vindicator reported that
Youngstown during the 1990's had one of the highest murder rates for a city over fifty thousand (Pg. 193). The chapter goes into more detail about the

London is iconic for many things Big Ben, red telephone booths, double decker buses, and Tower Bridge. Built in 1884, Tower Bridge a staple of
London. Pryor to the building of Tower Bridge, London Bridge was the only way to cross the Thames river. By the nineteenth century, the
population of London had grown much too large for one bridge, however there was a challenge as to how to build the bridge without disrupting river
traffic. In 1876 a "Special Bridge Committee" was formed to oversee the designing and building of the bridge. The committee decided to open the
designing up for public competition. Over fifty designs were submitted and the committee filtered through them until they discovered one that they
liked. The chosen design was created by Horace Jones, the city architect, and John Wolfe Barry ("Bridge History"). Construction began in October of
1884. Two gigantic piers were driven into the river bed to support the eleven–thousand tons of steel and granite that were used to construct Tower
Bridge. The project took eight years, five contractors, and over four–hundred thirty construction workers every day to complete. When it was first

'Ain't I A Woman' is a speech given by a woman named Sojourner Truth. Her real name was Isabella Baumfree. She was born into slavery in 1797.
Her childhood was spent on a New York estate owned by a Dutch American named Colonel Johannes Hardenbergh. She experienced the miseries of
being sold and mistreated. Around 1815, she fell in love wih a fellow slave named Robert, but Robert's master forced them apart. Then, she was
forced to marry a slave named Thomas and they had five children. After her master failed to keep his promise to free her in 1827, Isabella ran away.
Isabella was experiencing a religious conversion before she became an itinerant preacher and decided to change her name to Sojourner Truth. She
became involved in the antislavery movement, and by the 1850s she was involved in the woman's rights movement as well. She became one of the most
powerful advocates for human rights in the nineteenth century. She delivered this speech at the 1851 Women's Rights Convention held inAkron, Ohio.
After that, she continued to speak out for the rights of African Americans and women during and after the Civil War. Sojourner Truth died in Battle
Creek, Michigan, in 1883. In 'Ain't I a Woman', Sojourner speaks on the inequalities that women and blacks faced at that time in America. This
speech has a powerful message and became so famous afterwards. In the beginning of her speech, she used the word 'children' to her audiences.
Maybe Sojourner wanted to build a connection between her and her audiences. By calling them 'children', it made them feels like they were listening
to their mother. In her speech she said, "That man over there says that women need to be helped into carriages, and lifted over ditches, and to have the

As soon as we were seated I noticed just how clean the entire restaurant was even though it was incredibly packed. Due to the fact that the show we

Healthcare reform and politics are on the forefront of most citizens throughout the United States. Our access to healthcare has become a barrier for
many citizens, and a hurdle for the advanced practiced registered nurses (APRN) throughout the years. Strict state laws have burdened APRNs and
limited their practice throughout Ohio. It would be prudent to follow suit of other states, and retire the Collaborative Agreement; Richards and Polsky
(2014) noted an immediate 20 to 30 percent increase in nurse practitioner providers in those particular states after it was retired. House Bill 216 (H.B.
216) helps modernize the Nurse Practice Act and the retire the mandatory collaborative agreement and extensive drug formulary. Within this paper, the

veto power. However, he helped create a deaf–mute school and a school for girls. In his second term, he won voting rights for black males, and
helped what would become Ohio State University be founded. He also brought the idea of lower taxes and a better life for prisoners. He left office
in 1872 and came back in 1876 and served a year long term. Rutherford B. Hayes had one of the most controversial presidential elections. In 1876,
Hayes won the Republican presidential nomination. Nearing the end of the election, South Carolina, Louisiana and Florida had trouble with the
ballot. To solve the problem, a group of representatives voted on where all the aforementioned states votes would go. The majority of the panel were
Republican, Hayes's party and he was voted into office. The Democrats were outraged. There was an agreement made, and many troops in the south
were called back. This officially ended the Reconstruction of the states. Rutherford B Hayes was named the president by the council and began his

Choosing a college is one of the most important decisions in a young adult's life. That is, of course, if someone is going to college. For me, I'm using
my last year of high school to come to the conclusion of where I want to attend college. There are plenty of college options, but I have narrowed it to
two colleges I would like to attend: Owens Community College and Bowling Green State University. Owens and Bowling Green are both great
