An executive recruiter with two decades’ experience, Neela Seenandan began her career at Michael Page in her native London, England. After several years, Ms. Seenandan ventured abroad to Prague, Czech Republic, where she managed the executive search firm Nicholson International. She then spent a few years in New York City before settling in Chicago. Through her work with several Chicago firms, Neela Seenandan expanded her responsibilities to include executive talent management and professional development. Over the past decade, she has assumed several leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the North America Consumer division of The Nielsen Company.
