- Always try to keep simple presentations. Have simple Pictures
- Don’t put too much text in one slide. Spread it out. Only use a limited amount of text on each slide. Use bullet point if it make it easier for you.
- Limit effects and animation. Don't have animation for every slide. Limit transition as well. Only animate charts if necessary.
- Always try to use high quality picture. Flickr's Creative commons Picture are a great place to look for picture.
- Have visuals themes but don't use powerpoint themes because they are boring and will bore your audience.
- Use appropriate charts. Always try to use simplify your charts. Dont add too much information on your charts
- Colors are Important. They give off emotion to the audience. Use as much color
- Font choice is important. Choose at least three complementary San Serif fonts in your presentations.
- use Videos and audio in your presentations
- Spend most of your time organizing your presentation. Order is Important and looks professional.
