Mite is one of the Internet pioneers in the DR. Computer Science
Engineer, speaker and columnist on ICT topics. He has worked
developing new telecommunications products and services for
more than 25 years and has been President of the Convergence
Commission of the Inter-American Association of Telecom
Companies (ASIET). As a consultant, he worked for the World
Bank, IDB, UNDP and other national and international
organizations. He was the main editor of the National Strategy for
the Information Society of the DR (2003).
Mite is the Vicepresident of the Chamber of Information and
Communication Technologies (ICT Chamber) of the Dominican
Republic.
