41. Future Plans
• Connecting Planning and Implementation
seamlessly
• Publish Open Data in Data.Gov.in
• Linking benefits to Citizens across
departments
• Integrating Works implementation, Public
service delivery, Planning and reporting.
41
43. Some pointers
• Create a Planning – Implementation Feedback
loop. Planning
43
Implementation
44. Some pointers…..
• Think and work with the Districts
• Access is preferable than Data
– Think Webservice, APIS (Json, Geo json)
– Is the Central or State Government willing to take or
give data to/from the Districts.
44
46. Some pointers…..
• Decentralized planning needs a decentralized
mindset.
• Create a Technocrat – Bureaucrat – People Nexus
• Reporting and MIS takes precendence over enabling
workflow. Can we change it.
• Empower the workflow and data comes by default.
46
47. Some pointers…..
• Moving from RTI - Proactive Disclosure -
Open Data – Big Data
• No District Data in Data.Gov.in portal
• Working more with Statistics than Data
47
48. Some pointers…..
• ICDS – Child weight tracking, attendance
• ASHA – Service delivery and quality
• PHC – OPD Monitoring, stock and lab
workflow
• How to get data of these activities?
48
49. Some pointers…..
• Which is the basic database of citizen –
Aadhar, NPR, MCTS, Voter Data, FPS Data
• What is final geo standard or code for
administrative area.
