1. AFFIDAVIT OF THE WITNESSES
I, FLORIE JANE MARCELO, 29 years old, married, residing at Aldea Homes, Cangmating,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and
state:
1. That I was present and personally hear that the accused, Mr. Efrin Zuniega Ayo and Mr. Mark
Joseph Trabucon Dava admitted the illegal activities they did on April 17, 2023 with the intention
of stealing copper-cables and also accidentally cut the cables from another Fiber Optic Provider.
2. That I am the Human Resource and was on duty during the Admin Hearing has been conducted.
3. That I was one of the people during the Admin Hearing who also brought them to the Police
Station to report the illegal activities they have committed using our Company Vehicle.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing of
Criminal Cases against Efrin Zuniega Ayo and Mark Joseph Trabucon Dava for violations they have
committed.

I, SHERWIN TAMAYO, 50 years old, married, residing at #8 Bliss Project, Talay, Dumaguete
City, Negros Oriental, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:
1. That I was present and personally hear that the accused, Mr. Efrin Zuniega Ayo and Mr. Mark
Joseph Trabucon Dava admitted the illegal activities they did on April 17, 2023 with the intention
of stealing copper-cables and also accidentally cut the cables from another Fiber Optic Provider.
2. That I am the Operations Manager and was on duty during the Admin Hearing has been
conducted.
3. That I was one of the people during the Admin Hearing who also brought them to the Police
Station to report the illegal activities they have committed using our Company Vehicle.

Criminal Cases against Efrin Zuniega Ayo and Mark Joseph Trabucon Dava for violations they have
