create disruptive innovation
MINN is an Executive Master Program created by Mondragon Team Acad-
emy (MTA)- Mondragon University. MTA is the global unit of Team-Entre-
preneurship, Leadership and Innovation, born in 2007 within the Faculty of
Business Studies of Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
MTA applies the well-know methodology used by Team Academy; a com-
munity of learners and team entrepreneurs that operates within Jyvaskyla
University of Applied Sciences (Finland).
The purpose of MTA is to transform (the environment) through team-entre-
preneurship and based on active learning and collaborative and open in-
novation. Currently MTA is formed by a community of nearly 400 people in
Basque Country, Madrid, Valencia, Amsterdam, Shanghai and Pune (India)
and aims to become an international community regarding entrepreneurship
and team learning.
With this aim, MTA started MINN Program in 2010 to transform leaders
and intra/entrepreneurs to be able to leverage their projects.
4. Learning Goals

developed for business professionals and
entrepreneurs in innovative projects.
It is an Executive Master mode, intended
to be followed and developed alongside
normal working activities. The Master
is designed so that each participant can

MINN is a learning journey where you will find an organic growth from the
experience. Theories, lessons and experiences will be mixed in a natural
way. There, you will find a new way to understand yourself and others, in
order to lead yourself and others. Always helped by the power of a team.

Thanks to MINN I believe that close collaboration and intrapreneurial attitude
will transform our businesses and ways of working. MINN taught me the impor-
tance of researching and asking why: taking time to find real problems to come
uo with the right answers. Both in Service Design as well as cultural change
projects. Is a learning field where you can share ideas, experiment and develop
with the hep of feedback. Then you can transfer best practices to your team and
organisation

For me MINN has been a journey to find
my secret “super power”, all of us have
at least one. It’s simple but not easy. I’ve
cried. I’ve laughed. I’ve felt alive each sec-
ond of my life, my only life. Now, together
with you, I’m ready to transform my real-
ity creating value and being the change
we want to see in the world.

MINN is the opportunity to make real
projects you believe on. It’s the oppor-
tunity to acquire a knowledge available
in all aspects of your life; professional,
social, personal... It’s the platform to
make your projects grow to another
level. Through MINN you are able to
spread the seeds of change to make real
the world you want to live in. And to do
that, it’s not necessary to be an extraor-
dinary guy, just a person belonging to a
team with the same dream.

MINN has been for me an incredible learning journey that transforms
completely the way I see the world and how I interact with others. MINN
is always taking be out of my comfort zone, always challenging me to
create new things, to impact in my organization by intrapreneurial actions.
Taking risks to obtain results, because in MINN “we want results!”. MINN
transformed my view of theam performing and boosted my social innova-
tion hidden interest. MINN inspired me to inspire others to act.

MINN process has been like a white paper notebook for me. The place to write
freely your own story, coloured with the team players and the places we have vis-
ited. Through the constant active learning you become more aware of the necessity
of changing the things we observe and you focus into action.
We own everything that happened to us, these experiences are our stories and
MINN process is a story worth sharing and owning.
Asier Viteri
Innovation Director at Athlon
MINN is a hard kick in the ass to get you moving! More than just learning is a
life changing experience.
21. Finnish
Model
Our leaning method has been imported from Tiimiakatemia, the Entrepre-
neurship Centre of Excellence of the JAMK University of Applied Sciences in
Jyväskylä, Finland. They have more than 20 years of experience promoting
team entrepeneurship.
22. Team
Learning
Working in teams we learn by doing the skills and abilities we need to cre-
ate and develope new projects and for being entrepeneurs. You work, share
goals, ideas, thoughts, experiences and learnings with your teammates,
developing together yourselves and the whole company.
The outcome of the process is that your future learning won’t be conditioned
to contact expert teacher and you will learn mainly from your teammates.
23. Real
Companies
The key to personal development and entrepreneurship is constant inter-
action with the real world: creating a real company and working with real
clients on real projects. In Mondragon Team Academy any of the learners
is part of a real company. Being part of a real company is an important
instrument for entrepreneurs because it allows you to do real projects and
being in a real world.
The learners take the lead creating team companies, meanwhile the team
coach primarily supports and promotes the process rather than managing
it.
24. The best way for being entrepreneur is to develop your ideas and skills in
those topics close to your passion. When you are working to become true
your passion you will be able not to give up and fullfill your dreams.
As a learner when you are focused on your passion you will be happy to
read as much as possible about it, to attend as much events related to the
topic as possible, to contact as much companies as possible and being able
to contact easily with new customers. Your courage will increase and your
self-confidence will rise with each business project.

Learner
25. Being part of Mondragon Team Academy means to be global citizen and
to understand we are living in a connected world which we belong to. The
companies need professional innovators with a global vision. All learners
in Mondragon Team Academy experience some kind of learning journeys
in any of their programs, so we undertake three international learning
journeys.
In all the learning journeys the learners develop big understanding of dif-
ferent business models that are working in those environments creating a
big picture about what is going on in there.
