Flipped classroom 
• Flipped classroom or flip teaching is a form of 
blended learning in which students learn new content 
online by watching video lectures, usually at home, 
and what used to be homework (assigned problems) 
is now done in class with teachers offering more 
personalized guidance and interaction with students, 
instead of lecturing. This is also known as backwards 
classroom, inverted classroom, reverse teaching, and 
the Thayer Method

Problem Posing 
• The education according to the method problem-posing 
refers to a term coined by the Brazilian 
educator Paulo Freire [1] in its text of the 1970 
Pedagogy of the Oppressed. The problem - posing 
connects him to a method of teaching that underlines 
the importance of the critical thought to free him. 
Freire used such method what alternative to the 
education according to the traditional educational 
model or banking education according to which who 
learns it is a container to fill with the knowledges

• The apprenticeship is a formative practice that consists in the

Future perspectives: to promote a community of teachers 
which will keep the debate on competence-based learning and 
the cooperation with companies alive. 
• To promote the communities of practice contexts of learning 
founded on the sharing, collaboration and mutual help in which 
he produces knowledge. In them the learning mature that 
particular psychic energy that sustains the process of learning, 
the motivation, above all if the situations of problem solving to 
him you look out upon they are real. The social formalities and of 
apprenticeship in such environments of learning they are mostly 
developed with the advent of the multimédia technologies. The 
interaction that is interwoven it is among the experts, the 
apprentices and the technological tools culturally determined. 
The knowledge is distributed among the people, information 
sources, the picked data, the technologies that sustain the 
organization of it, among the interlocutors, experts and peer, with
