(DiCaprio).Personally, I think this is a shocking and eye opening statistic. The statistic really gives you an insight on how much of the natural world
humans have used in order to sustain the lifestyles they currently live. However, people cannot continue to use natural resources at the current rate
because they won't be able to sustain us for the future. One component that is affecting our resources is climate change. Countries all over the world
are experiencing changes in their climates that have caused droughts and conflicts over natural resources, such as water and oil. Additionally, a
changing climate will cause healthcare systems all over the world to adapt to treating new diseases (Richardson, et al. 44).
Earth is a planet that has many complex components that work in unison to allow humans and millions of other species to live on it. Stephen Emmott,

The Ghanaian Diplomat Kofi Annan once said, "Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society,
in every family". Although this phrase may contain truth, our society has a long history where they heavily reject the notions of social responsibility
and social education. This is due to the fact that those in power are not able to see its potential, as they themselves are without knowledge. Even though
knowledge is often attributed to success depending on convenience, certain time periods contained cruel and unusual treatment of a large group of
people based on a variety of prejudices. Using this perspective can help better understand the message of the novel, The Invisible Man, by Ralph
Ellison. The story follows the life of a black man during the late 1920's or early 1930's, when racism was at its peak. In this novel, the author uses
literary elements to emphasize that knowledge and intelligence do not necessarily equal power, but those who lack knowledge abuse their power. The

Kofi Annan, the UN Secretary–General, aspires for the Iraqi people to speak up about what they want done in their country. After coming up with a
decision, they have the ability to vote for what they believe in. In his message, Annan begins by repeating the pronoun you in phrases such as "you
will have the opportunity to exercise your democratic right" and "the future is in your hands" (Annan). He does this to emphasize that the country of
Iraq relies on its' people and these citizens hold the power to decide what should be done. They should use their ability to come up with a righteous

The, Political, And Economic Recession
Raging wars, political disputes, and economic recession are several of the many things that has been troubling the people of the world since 1939.
Ever since from then, countless lives had to be spare for the life we own today. Nonetheless, migration of these people was inevitable; they needed
to look for a place to stay, to be safe, and to be able to survive for their children's sake and for themselves. In recent 20 years back, the approach of
handling these 'aliens' has been acceptable but in some cases unforgivable due to globalization. The technology growth and the advancement of
communication options has made traveling a more pleasant thing rather than an obstacle. Some were probably believe that they would have a better
chance in other places as their own does not show a promising future for them to survive. Nevertheless, although efforts were made, there are still
some that does not abide to the motion; to provide help to those who are in need; they choose to become preserved –– prompting the question, why?
Helping people is a nature that we human have carried for many generations; it's a fact but, can we provide the proper necessity to actually be a help
towards them? Who is to blame here? Should all the countries join forces to help the migrants and refugees, regardless of their origin? The answers are
