    making your community more popular will ensure that the cause will be respected and taken further. ensure that the people who take care of the herbal trees, bushes etc are reqarded properly and they are happy and commited for the cause. if you can let me have more details i can help more.

    2. Slide 2:The people of Charda Panchayat, like lakhs of others in the hill state of Himachal, are dependent upon the collection and sale of wild herbs for their survival - for paying the village trader and moneylender
    3. Slide 3:The natural herbs in their own vicinity disappeared years ago as neighbors competed with each other resulting in premature harvesting and over exploitation – another common problem across the state
    4. Slide 4:But there is no other choice – with little agricultural land and few other opportunities, the poor are forced to seasonally migrate to Lahul valley, where itself the availability of herbs is diminishing rapidly
