A graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, Matt Mohwinkel holds a Juris Doctor as well as certification in Westlaw Training and LexisNexis Training. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from St. Olaf College. While a law student, Matthew Mohwinkel served as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorney’s Officer in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. There, he contributed to the prosecution of complex white-collar crimes such as tax fraud, environmental violations, health care fraud, and breaches of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
