• Either a single corporation or a single department.
• Bidirectional integration of Eloqua Contact and NetSuite Contact Records
• Bidirectional Integration of Eloqua companies and NetSuite Customer Records.
• Integration of Eloqua Activity records to NetSuite Tasks
• Integration of deleted records from NetSuite into Eloqua
– Records will get the CRM ID blanked out in Eloqua association
– Does not include:
• Deletion of records in Eloqua (as per Eloqua best practices)
• Management of records inactivated in NetSuite
• Creation of campaign responses (association of responses to NetSuite campaigns) in NetSuite
• Both B2B and B2C configurations.
• Needs Analysis, Coordination and business rule setup for more than one department or
corporation.
• NetSuite Select lists integration (Setup and maintain the few Select lists necessary, manually).
• Integration of NetSuite Campaigns to Eloqua Campaigns and back. (Association/linking to
NetSuite campaigns is provided see above)).
• Opportunity Integration.
• Custom field integration for activities or campaign responses.
