This document outlines the goals and requirements for Toastmasters clubs to achieve distinguished status. It discusses the 10 goals clubs must achieve in areas like membership growth, educational awards earned by members, officer training, and deadlines met. Clubs must achieve 5-7 goals to be considered distinguished. The goals are tracked using a club success plan to help clubs develop strategies to meet goals. Meeting the goals benefits individual members through opportunities to improve speaking and leadership skills, and recognition is provided to distinguished clubs.
