4. In 2017 the Onda, Onda Mobile and Onda Mobile
Communication brands were purchased following
the failure of Telecomunicazioni Industriali Spa.
The acquisition is the result of the strong brand
recognition on the market of Handsets and DATA
Products with more than 5 million units sold in
Europe and south America.
ONDATLC GmbH was founded 2017 in Klagenfurt
(Austria), based within the Lakeside Science &
Technology Park.
