What is the difference between velocity and acceleration
1. What is the difference between velocity and acceleration? By: YaroslavTolstykh, Connie Appiah and Kimberly Sanchez
2. acceleration: Acceleration is the rate of change in velocity over time. VELOCITY: Velocity is the speed and direction of a moving body.
3. Positive acceleration: An increase in the velocity of an object during a given period of time. NEGATIVE ACCELERATION: A decrease in the velocity of an object during a given period of time.
4. Why speed and velocity are not acceleration? If an object in motion has constant speed/velocity then there is no change in velocity meaning no acceleration.
