21. Practical approaches Social elements might fit in – making goal public (fits with Ciadlini) Community – new england paper on the contagious nature of networks Public transport Walking meetings at work and socially – ‘lets go for a walk’ as much as ‘let’s go for coffee [and cinammon bun etc]
