7. How Koombea uses it
A sprint is 1 week of work:
Mondays we have a planning meeting.
From Tuesday to Friday we have daily meetings (15
minutes sharp). We will talk about the status of the
development on that sprint.
On the final day of the Sprint (Fridays), we do a
review of all the work delivered, make sure to make
note of anything that we could not finish.
