It’s been a spectacular season up to now and with the new catalogues’ results, a January Showcase coming up and the new Retail Challenge all

TOYS FOR CHRISTMAS
                                          Gold Distributors Ian Slade and Melissa Squires have truly embraced the Kleeneze Christmas spirit and
                                          have been working with their local volunteer centre in Rugby to run a ‘Toys for Christmas’ appeal and have
                                          raised over £700 for needy children in Warwickshire.
                                          “We called upon our customers to help support the good cause and have received many generous
                                          donations, enabling us to purchase a selection of toys worth over £700 at cost price from the Kleeneze
                                          catalogue, to donate to the worthy campaign.
                                          “Christmas can be a difficult time for many families and we wanted to help make it a magical time for
                                          those who perhaps aren’t expecting that much for Christmas this year.”
“We arrived back from our two weeks holiday in Florida on the Thursday,” explained Bronze Executive Distributors Fay and Andrew Rowe
earlier this period. “Feeling very tired and jet lagged we made the decision to make an early start on the Friday (not an easy decision as to stay in
bed would have been much nicer!). We put out 395 catalogues and were we glad we did. By Tuesday night, after all the stray ones were pulled
in, we had £1842 of orders. I still can’t believe it - the catalogues just get better and better. This earned us £681 and including all catalogue and
product delivery time we made over £14 an hour.
We have to keep asking ourselves how many people do we know with no stress that earn over £14 an hour. Thanks again, Kleeneze.”
“Just wanted to say that the gift tag idea for customers is a brilliant one!” say Senior Executive Distributors, Gail and Stuart McKibbin.
“Kira and I did a Kleeneze party recently. Although there were only 6 guests we still did £175 worth of sales! Every guest had a free set of tags
with their orders. They are also great for rewarding our loyal customers.
Also, due to putting the fabulous Christmas Sale Catalogue in everyone's orders over the past two weeks
between Kira and Andy and Stuart and myself we have had £256 worth of orders phoned in, £94 of that in
one night alone. While we were out delivering, our customers were busy leaving their order requirements on
our answer phone. That was great to come home to! Our customers are so used now to this new service they
are eagerly anticipating the next sale brochure.”

“Ann and I dropped 600 catalogues on Thursday for pick up Monday. We were amazed when we started to
count the orders. The total sales were £3754.94 with 263 customers ordering. The largest order was for

 QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
 PART ONE: THE GUARANTEED REWARD (Period 1 – 12, 2009 inclusive)
 NEW EXECUTIVES AND SALES PLAN PROGRESSION:
 • Move one position up the Sales Plan to a MINIMUM of Bronze Executive (up to and
   including Period 9, 2009 ONLY).
 • HOLD the new position for a further 2 periods, up to and including Period 12, 2009).
 EXISTING EXECUTIVES:
 • HIT highest ever PIN LEVEL (as at close of 2008) for 3 periods (between Period 1 and
    Period 9, inclusive).
 • Demonstrate 15% year-on-year GROWTH (in comparison to the same Period in 2008).
 SEDS
 • Hit FIVE WIDE status for 5 periods (between Period 1 and Period 9, inclusive).
 • Demonstrate positive year-on-year GROWTH (in comparison to the same period in 2008).
 PREMIERS
 • Hit PREMIER status for 3 periods (between Period 1 and Period 9).
 • Demonstrate positive year-on-year GROWTH (in comparison to the same period in 2008).

 PART TWO: THE COMPETITION (Period 10, 2009 to Period 1, 2010)
 League tables will be based on percentage growth (over the same period in the previous year, or
 a set minimum base level to be announced at the end of Period 9, whichever is the greatest).
 The competition is open to all positions at GOLD AND ABOVE
 Competition places are limited and the total number available will be announced after Period 9,
 2009, dependant on the number of qualifiers during Periods 1 – 9, 2009.

 Qualification will be subject to the usual company verifications. The programme commences at the point of
 departure of the international flight and therefore domestic flights (except from Ireland and the Channel Islands) are
 not included. In order to qualify, a new partner on a Kleeneze distributorship should have joined the business before
 the distributorship begins qualification.

Delivery options:
Collect from Depot
• If you wish to collect your order from a Parcelforce depot, you must Tick the Deliver to Depot ‘box’ then simply click here, find
   the depot of your choice, make note of the full postal address and then over key those details in the appropriate fields.
   Once complete press Accept.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS CANNOT BE AMENDED AFTER AN ORDER IS SUBMITTED.

Leave Safe
This option can be used when Distributors have a safe place to leave the consignment, such as a garage, lockable shed, etc.
The ‘Leave Safe’ instruction of a garage etc should be keyed in the special instruction line of the delivery address (please remember that all
consignments left in this way are the responsibility of the Distributor and not Kleeneze). Your orders will not be ‘left safe’ unless the
consignment label says to do so.

PLEASE NOTE
• HANDLING CHARGES FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED OVER £150/€225 WILL BE FREE FROM 19 DECEMBER UNTIL 3 JANUARY!
• Kleeneze are unable to amend a delivery address or instruction on any order once submitted. Distributors are reminded to check receipt
  of parcels against driver’s manifest (where possible) and amend where necessary, as missing parcels that are signed for are the
  responsibility of the Distributorship and will not be credited.
• Carriers cannot give estimated time of arrival for your deliveries.
• Delivery issues should be reported through the Kleeneze Service Centre on 0844 8485000 or email service.centre@kleeneze.co.uk. Do
  not contact the depot directly.

Christmas Day
Please be advised that Blue Group Period 13, day 20 falls on Christmas Day when Kleeneze is closed so only internet orders will be processed
on this day.
For internet orders to be processed on 25th December you must have available funds prior to submitting your orders or the orders will
not be processed.
Please make any necessary credit card payments prior to submitting your order.
The last day for the processing of faxed orders for the Blue Period end will be 24th December and faxes must be received by 11am.
