USING BULLET POINTS
 When you make reports,
 Main ideas are usually presented in bullet points.
 Supporting ideas are also in bullets.
 This is okay.

 But too many bullets and text will just crowd your
  presentation.
 It becomes difficult to read and to pick up what
you are really trying to say when you have just too
many words on screen like this.
 We really really really want to avoid crowding, clutter and having
slides looking like they are documents.
USING BULLET POINTS

Slidumentation is NOT ACCEPTABLE
 Shorten your ideas on the slide
 Discuss the details in person

Split multiple ideas to separate slides
 Limit 2-3 ideas per slide
  Do not cramp

  • 23. USING BULLET POINTS  When you make reports,  Main ideas are usually presented in bullet points.  Supporting ideas are also in bullets.  This is okay.  But too many bullets and text will just crowd your presentation.  It becomes difficult to read and to pick up what you are really trying to say when you have just too many words on screen like this.  We really really really want to avoid crowding, clutter and having slides looking like they are documents.
  • 24. USING BULLET POINTS Slidumentation is NOT ACCEPTABLE  Shorten your ideas on the slide  Discuss the details in person Split multiple ideas to separate slides  Limit 2-3 ideas per slide  Do not cramp
