This document describes the Eagle Market Street Development Corporation (EMSDC) Community Equity Fund. The fund is a charitable giving vehicle administered by a public charity to manage investments on behalf of organizations, families or individuals. The fund aims to reach across race and class by partnering local faith-based institutions with community nonprofits and development corporations. Half the funds are allocated in partnership with communities of color, and half are designated for investing in youth and sustainable systems for the future through a Resilient Future Bond council consisting of 80% youth. 3. The Harvest Premium
Designated For the Local Mission
● This type of investment reaches across race and class
● The local faith based institution becomes a partner with their local
community nonprofit/development corporation
● Funds are allocated in partnership with the people from the
community’s of color in whom the churches are investing.

4. Engaging for the Future
● 50% of the Harvest Premium should be designated for investing in
the future
● Empowering youth by building sustainable systems for them
● The Resilient Future Bond will be allocated from a council where 80%
of the members are 18 years of age or younger.
● Shifting power to the people who are inheriting the earth
