friendly CRP.
Our sellers are friendly and all of
them try to be as accommodating

There is no single CRP that
governs all sellers.
Each seller has a different CRP
and it is described in the activity
info page.
• Credits will be refunded as per the standard CRP
described by the seller
Class is cancelled by beneficiary after
enrollment
• No charges for rescheduling
Beneficiary wants to reschedule the class
after enrollment

• Relationship manager addresses it and resolves by
either refunding or adjusting credits for future within
24 business hours
