Atheist – don’t believe in any god
Agnostic – don’t know if any god exists or
not
Society - great teacher, good man, not God

V16 Simon Peter answered,
“You are the Christ,
the Son of the living God."
“Jesus you are …

- God Himself…
- a God who is Living…
because He is God …
- He has the right to be LORD

17 Jesus replied, "Blessed are you,
Simon son of Jonah, for this was
not revealed to you by man, but
by my Father in heaven.

For it determines :
How we live our life TODAY
Where we will spent ETERNITY

but nothing to do with us..

43. “I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the
really foolish thing that people often say about
Jesus:
I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher,
but I don’t accept his claim to be God.
That is the one thing we must not say.
A man who was merely a man and said the sort of
things Jesus said would not be a great moral
teacher.
Is Jesus Christ a Lunatic, Liar, Legend or Lord?

44. He would either be a lunatic — on the level with
the man who says he is a poached egg — or else
he would be the Devil of Hell.
You must make your choice.
Either this man was, and is, the Son of God, or
else a madman or something worse.
Is Jesus Christ a Lunatic, Liar, Legend or Lord?

45. You can shut him up for a fool,
you can spit at him and kill him as a demon or
you can fall at his feet and call him Lord & God,
but let us not come with any patronizing nonsense
about his being a great human teacher.
He has not left that open to us.
He did not intend to.”
Is Jesus Christ a Lunatic, Liar, Legend or Lord?

BEING WITH JESUS makes sense …
He did all to save us …
We need to know Him …
to obey & serve …

and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in

NB: The church does not tell heaven what to do,
but obeys on earth what heaven
commands the church to do!
"Whatsoever you forbid on earth must be what is
already forbidden in heaven, and whatsoever you
permit on earth must be what is already permitted in
heaven“.

to tell anyone that he was the
Christ.

among the poor like her,
do charity work, but
without the Jesus
baggage….
"Go and work 20 years or a
lifetime among the poorest of
the poor. Then come back and
tell me how you did it. I know
that the only way I have been
able to do it is because of Jesus."

Who Is Jesus ?

Who Is Jesus To Me TODAY ?

55. The Christian life ….
is not about being moral & doing good…
is all about our RELATIONSHIP with Jesus
living in the Son and
Him living in and through us.
So BEING WITH JESUS makes perfect sense…
Jesus …
is our SAVIOUR
is our LORD & MASTER
will be our JUDGE
