Management and Business Goals:
1. Certify the entire Sales Team in Wealth Management,
including Basic or Advanced training in PMS & AIF and
International Investments.
2. Improve the perception of the Sales team among a
section of Distributors and the Industry.
3. Train distributors on Market Insights such as Trends,
Customer Preferences, and Competitive Intelligence.
Platform:
1. LMS – Mobile and Web-based
2. Popular LMS – Any existing, Mind-Tickle or
Gurukool
3. We can start with a small group of employees
and distributors in the first quarter (200+)
Stakeholders Management:
1. Business and HR share responsibility and ownership
for capability-building initiatives. (May be given to a
L&D person also)
2. Sales Leadership agreement on the way it is to be
implemented especially for the distributors.
3. Adding minimum learning Hours in everyone’s KPIs
(for example 10 hours every month/quarter)
