balance of funding to maintain the flow of the ecosystem

basic research, applied research, and commercialisation,
build expertise in VC funding and following stages
• Build research teams:
utilise non‐traditional staff (professional researchers) in
applied and commercial research ‐ fight academic
norms/assumptions
