This document provides information and instructions for uploading data to the HealthyCity.org website. It describes the types of geographies and over 2,500 indicators available on the site. It then outlines a training for how to create maps using the site's existing data, upload your own point and thematic data from Excel files and shapefiles, and collect community data using WikiMaps. The training is intended to help users leverage the site's mapping tools and data for community research, planning, and advocacy.

Now, we will demonstrate how to collect data using Wikimap.
Wikimap is a collaborative mapping tool that you can use to share and add community knowledge, points, photos, and videos.
There are two ways you can get to wikimap. First, you can click ‘wikimap’ icon on the map section.
You can also get to the WikiMap by clicking Wikimap button on top of the Healthy City page.
You can read a brief intro and examples.
Setting up wikimap. Setting up categories.
Adding points: set ‘my location’ for easier zooming in.
Add a point. Add your email if you want to edit the point again in the future.
You can add photos or videos using URL or actual image files.
Finding the wikimap: through My AccountCheck elements – you have control over deleting points if necessary.
Once you open the wikimap page, you can copy the URL to share with others so that they can add new points and collaborate.
