not aware of the changes around them and
they still want to direct using the concept it

owners comes always this way
By placing the cart inform of the Donkey

• The donkey does not see the road
• The donkey goes to left and the carriage goes to the right
• And vise versa and versa vice
• Audience watch and cannot comment
• Managers, owners and C’s try to fix the problem cause they will
allow any one else to fix it
• The problem is obvious to some
• Some don’t care
6. The final solution
The managers, owners and C’ usually and most of the
cases realize the problem and talk to the Donkey
accusing him (petty) that he is a donkey and be cause
he is; he does not get angry. As a matter of fact you are
calling him by name.
They decide to fix the problem;
And what they do?
Change the Donkey
And the problem geos on forever
