7. KEY OBSERVATIONS:
WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES?
"Some challenges were expected
with risk and mitigated"
All of the applied enterprise have positively
participated in the programme with Ask the EJB
experts and exchanged a number of issues as per
the input information and the experts were able
to find some of the gaps that needs to be
discussed. consequently our experts voluntarily
were able to participate and provide selected
support in many needed areas as illustrated
below
The issue of Covid-19 and the meetings were
solved by having a well managed presentation
online and done by a team of professional
experts. More than an expert use to attend in
order to support just in case the first expert
beside the key expert or lead expert

8. " needs to work with the experts
to strike a balance between
maintaining existing beneficiary
base and acquiring preferred
skills."
ASK-RECOMMENDATIONS:
ADJUSTMENT OF TONE AND LANGUAGE FOR
SPECIFIC BENEFICIARY SERVICES.
TEAM-WORK was the main Key Success Factor
KSF of the ASK team, all the team work equally
where everyone feels as a key player and a team
leader in her or his work at the same time.
Without the TEAM-WORK spirit group results
were never have been achieved As the Sum of all
the part are much larger that the actual count
and this is where ASK team was able to achieve.
Helping MSMEs was an objectives, but the
programme created other objectives such as
collaboration between experts and learning from
the beneficiaries, learning from every party of the
team and the issue of business continuity
working under COVD-19 and how this was
managed for everyone involved
