5. Tafazzul Hussain FCA
He has an extensive experience of over 35 years in the field of
Accountancy, Auditing ,Taxation and consulting services for
multinational companies, large manufacturers and banking
and financial institutions including the Central Bank
(Bangladesh Bank)
Mr. Tafazzul completed his articleship from Andrew Gomes &
Co. Chartered Accountant, a member of the EY International
Cooperative. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) in
1984

6. Gobinda Chandra Das FCA, CS
He has an extensive experience of over 25 years in the field of
Accountancy, Auditing ,Taxation,VAT, Costing, Budgeting, Policy and
Process development , Software implementation and consulting services
for large manufacturers of Real estate, Agro , Furniture, Paint,
Ceramic,LPG , Packaging, Gases ,Steel Structure, Shipping, Cement .
Mr. Das has a B. Com(Hons) and M.Com in accounting from Dhaka Universit
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from ICAB in 2004. He also qualified a
a Chartered Secretary from ICSB in 2009.
Mr. Das has experience to work with pakistani Software Campany "Inbox"
in Implementing of Oracle ERP Software .
Prior to joining as a partner in T. Hussain & Co. Mr. Das served as the Head
of Factory Accounts , Costing & Budgeting, Head of Finance and
Accounts, Head of Audit and CFO of Group of Companies

7. Mr. Kawsar has vast experience in software requirement
analysis, software design, guiding software developer, raw
software testing, live data automation, implementation, user
