3. The problems you are solving
Children are not aware of which trash bin to throw their
garbage into and why it is so important to sort waste.
Children are not aware of what is happening in the
world regarding the environment.
4. Venture Description
A social game for kids where you can find: all types of trash bins and
many types of trash that need to be sorted.
The game is limited by time and for every mistake, you lose 4 seconds.
For every correct answer, you get 2 points and 2 more seconds to
continue the game. With 100 points you can improve the bin's type.
5. Core Customers and potential market
Our target audience is children ages 6-14 from Israel.
In the future our potential market will include children( ages 6-14)
from all around the world.

12. Business Model
We can upgrade the game from all sorts of donations we will receive.
We will start the upgrade by creating avatars for purchase and anyone
who wants to, will be able to buy them.
This way we can earn money.
We will put the game on a site called “Kickstarter”, where you can
upload projects.
If people like it, they can give a certain amount of money to the
creator.
We will put this game in Google Playstore.
13. Swot Model:
Strengths: Everyone is persistent at work. We are all
serious and there aren’t many apps that talk about
preserving the environment.
Weaknesses: We do not have enough money for a
computer programmer.
Opportunities: We can change the world with the help
of everyone starting to recycle.
Threats: Games of this kind that manage to advertise
their game even more then ours, can overtake us
because it's clear that games that came out before our
game, have a big advantage over us.
14. Who Are Your Competitors?
The game: ”CATOMOLO”, A Cycling Game
Explanation of the game:
At each stage we will raise the bar of speed and the concentration you
need to win.
In the first stage, you will learn all types of packaging and what goes into
the orange bin and what does not.
15. Funding Demand
.
We need 2 weeks of programing and it will
cost 2,769$.
We need the money for a computer
programmer.
For this investment we will give 10
percentage of the venture.
16. And one more thing to finish.
We want the money to help improve our environment, while at the
mean time having the opportunity of developing a business for
ourselves. We also need the money for our game to take place, with
the help of which the children will learn how to preserve the
environment and how to recycle.
(All of the money will go to a programmer to make the game).
