In just a few more years, the current homogenize \"voice\" of business—the sound of mission statements and brochures—will seem as contrived and artificial as the language of the 18th century French court.  As the time goes by, naturally people change.  The mission of company will change  Human to human voice.
  3. Slide 3: 16. Already, companies that speak in the language of the pitch, the dog-and-pony show, is no longer speaking to anyone.  These languages can’t understand by customer.  Strategize a new way of speaking language.
  4. Slide 4: 17. Companies that assume online markets are the same markets that used to watch their ads on television are kidding themselves.  Companies thinks strategy of marketing are all the same.  Online Markets can be access around the world  There are different styles of marketing.
  5. Slide 5: 18. Companies that don't realize their markets are now networked person-to-person, getting smarter as a result and deeply joined in conversation are missing their best opportunity.  Companies may lose opportunity in industry  Companies don’t realize what are the effectiveness of networked market.
  6. Slide 6: 19. Companies can now communicate with their markets directly. If they blow it, it could be their last chance.  With the power of technology.  Internet enable us to communicate  Company may lose opportunity if they don’t use all of these properly.
  7. Slide 7: 20. Companies need to realize their markets are often laughing. At them.  Sometimes, company thinks that they offered products and services to the customer effectively.  People can easily evaluate the company’s performance.  They must review their performance.
  8. Slide 8: 21. Companies need to lighten up and take themselves less seriously. They need to get a sense of humor.  Lighten up, be nice and cool.  Look attractive to customers  It’s better way of promoting products / services
