Slide 6: Card Sort • How would our users organize our content? • What are their perceptions about its usefulness?
Slide 7: Focus Groups • What do users think of our ideas? • What is effective? What isn’t? • How can we improve on our designs?
Slide 8: User/Usability Testing • Does our product work? • Can people actually use it? • Do people like it?
Slide 9: Summative Analysis • Does our product work? • How can/should we modify or fix it for the next version?
