Douglas Reeves is the founder of The Leadership and Learning Center, an organization dedicated to supporting teachers and administrators in helping students succeed in their academic pursuits. Having received his Ph.D. in education from the University of Wyoming, Douglas Reeves continues to conduct research on how creativity plays into learning and leadership and discusses his thoughts via his website, www.ChangeLeaders.com.
In 2007, Reeves traveled to Zambia for the opening of his Zambian Leadership and Learning Institute, which now serves leaders in every province of the country.
