The Case of the Missing Time Essay
The Case of the Missing Time Good time management is essential to handle a heavy workload
without excessive stress. For a manager, time management helps reduce long–term stress by giving
the manager direction when he or she has too much work to do. The manager will then, have the
control of how tasks will be completed at work. In addition, having control allows managers to
increase their productivity. In the Case of the Missing Time, Chet Craig, manager of the Norris
Company's Central Plant, deals with work overload and finds it difficult to complete many of the
important tasks at work. He begins his morning by stating, "this is going to be the day to really get
things done." Yet, in spite of his intentions to accomplish the projects ... Show more content on

Clearly, Craig does not distinguish between what is important versus what is urgent. Important
matters produce desired results, while urgent matters only demand immediate attention. Since Craig
does not focus on important matters, there is no actual accomplishment. As a manager he is expected
to be a creative thinker, and to have accomplishments. However, putting important matters on hold,
while attending urgent ones will only allow Craig's personal stress to rise. In addition, Craig fails to
use his managerial position to delegate second level tasks to others, who are capable of handling
those tasks. By focusing on second level tasks, Craig loses time and effort that could have been used
to accomplish important tasks. When individuals at work focus only on what is urgent rather than
what is important, organizational problems such as poor delegation which was previously
mentioned, poor organization at work, and weak organizational hierarchy tend to occur. In this case,
poor delegation of tasks makes it difficult to organize work activities within the company. Poor
organization makes people less efficient and less effective. Less efficient and less effective
individuals lead to weak organizational hierarchy. A weak organizational hierarchy can lead to a
decrease in the overall productivity of the company. Craig can be seen as someone who likes to be
in control,

A Short Story : An Analysis Of The Paperhanger
The paperhanger is a talented con artist. Working for Dr. Jamahl and his wife is one of the few jobs
he has, because that is just the cover to what he does to women. The vanishment of the doctor's
daughter brings mystery to how she just so happened to disappear, bringing fury to those who search
for her body. The story enhances enticing irony, vivid imagery, and alluring foreshadow as to what
really happened to Zeineb, the child who is missing. The irony displayed in the story entices the
reader to figure out what happens to the child. "I've got to cover my ass. If that little girl don't turn
up damn quick this is going to be over my head. TBI, FBI, network news. I've got to eliminate
everything," (Gay, 77). This is ironic, because the paperhanger basically gave away that he is guilty
of the child missing. If he did not commit any crime, he would not be in need of eliminating any
evidence. The paperhanger helps the search team look for the missing child, but in reality he is
intelligent to allure them to an area where the child would not be found. Moreover, situational irony
is introduced at the end of the story when the paperhanger lays Zeineb next to her mother. "He took
her arm, laid it across the child. She pulled away from the cold. He firmly brought the arm back,
arranging them like mannequins, madonna and child," (Gay, 92). It is evident that he is the killer of
the child, and he kills the mother. It is ironic, because not only does he kill both the

Self-Identity And Self Identity
Self–identity is molded as a young age, but continues to change as we get older. This is something
that we all do not realize. During a person's lifetime many of us pause to think what influence a
person's identity. What makes us the individual that we are? I would say that it is our home, where
we live with our parents and siblings. Why do we have trust in certain things? Why do we believe
the way we do? I would say it is based on the way we were taught and raised a set of opinions that
have been instilled in a person since they were young. I would say that their three great influences in
my life that makes me who I am today my parents, my religion and my culture. Upbringing it has
molded me into who I am today. Since I was growing up my parents taught me about showing
respect to everyone especially our superiors. My parents always taught us that being a good citizen
in your community always identifies the individual as a good person. My parents taught us that
when two adults are having a conversation to never interrupt. When someone was talking and if you
needed to walk through you would say excuse me. Never stealing what does not belong to you.
Helping a person out when they do not have a place to stay. How to have patience with other people
and learning that sometimes the best thing to do is just to be quiet. An example I can say that I went
through as I was growing up I was 10 years old when we had several family members move in to
live with us and this is where

The Skeleton Owner 's Gender, Ethnicity, Height, And Age
INTRODUCTION At 4 pm, in a certain park, 2 skeletons were found lying side by side behind the
bushes. It was concluded that the two were a couple because they were holding hands whilst the
skull was facing each other. A femur, pelvic girdles, skulls, tibia, and humerus were taken from each
of the skeleton and observations were made to identify their gender, race, age, and height. One is a
female, and the other was a male, also the skeletons pretty much remained intact from being
undisturbed however, a few of the hand or feet bones can be found lying a little further off perhaps
due to the scattering of birds.
SUMMARY OF FINDINGS There were many factors that lead t the discovery of the skeleton
owner's gender, ethnicity, height, and age. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Nevertheless, the unidentified person may have had malnutrition, which would lead to stunted
growth in certain areas that happened to not affect the humerus or femur. Back to how the results
came out, the students plugged the measurements into certain formulas according to race and
gender. By having these differences in formula, it made it more accurate because each race and
gender, due to genetics, can make the height different. The age was 30 years and above. By
observing some of the skeletal structures, it was able to give an estimate. Places that were inspected
were the humerus, femur, and pelvis. It was especially the pelvis – where all segments of the sacrum
are united with no evidence of epiphyseal unions – that gave away the fact that she was 30 years old
plus. The others, like the femur and humerus, would give a general age however the standards
stopped at the age of 20; the bone doesn't shift much past that unless its osteoporosis or something
similar.
FURTHER ANALYSIS Facial reconstruction is used as a last resort to identify remains by placing
clay atop the skeleton in hopes of reconstructing what that person may look like to get a possible
identification. They would gather average tissue thickness from the ethnicity, gender, and age
(children, teens, and adults) and apply it to the skull according to the correct gender,

Abstract
Steve Cowan is the owner of a distribution company of salon hair products. The company,
Professional Salon Concepts, (PSC) was growing and decided to upgrade their AIS to support the
demands of the company. Steve hired Mike, his brother–in–law to assist him and the two of them
began to research the different products available believing they could better determine the needs of
the company than a consultant could. After a short time they bought first one and then changing
their minds and bought a second system. After a short training period the new system was installed
with some very problematic first few days. Eventually the system was up ... Show more content on

Missing Features
How could PSC have avoided the problem of the missing features? If PSC had gotten RFPs the
problem of missing features in the system they chose would have been eliminated during the vendor
selection process. However, in the route they did take those features that were important to Steve but
were not included in the AIS could have been included by having a systems requirements list and a
written contract with the specifications explicitly written out.
Conversion and Reporting
How could PSC have avoided some of the conversion and reporting problems it faced? As I stated
before, more time was needed in the testing and training portion of the conversion before the new
AIS went online. One trick I learned from our own system change at the city I work in is to train a
few operators on the new systems during the testing phase and then have them train a few more in
their own departments. By using your own employees to train each other they are gaining a better
understanding of how the system works. This way on the day of the change you have more people
who understand the system and how to fix or correct the things that can go wrong. The more people
you can have trained this way before the system change the better off you will be at the critical
moment.

Reasons Why Charles Evens Murdered Mrs. Cheryl Hu
I believe that Charles Evens, the pool worker, murdered Mrs. Cheryl Huffington. First of all, we can
assume that Cheryl Huffington was killed two days prior to her neighbor finding her. In the report it
also says that Evens broke his restraining order three days before the murder, or one day before she
was killed. Furthermore, during his interview, he was found to have a key to the house of Mrs.
Huffington around his neck. This proves that he is the murderer because it couldn't just be a
coincidence that he had a wife and a new job, but then he suddenly went against the restraining
order. Also, having a key to her house could obviously prove to be very helpful if he wanted to
murder her. Secondly, even though we can assume that she was killed two days before she was
found, we can't prove that. Charles Evens said that he was out of town on the day before the murder
and came back the next day, so he "wasn't in town" during the murder. However, since the police
report unfortunately does not say when the murder was, we can assume that they haven't figured it
out yet (just because a gunshot was heard does not mean that it was the murder). So, if Evens knows
when the day of the murder was, and the police don't... it just doesn't add up. ... Show more content

In the report it says that after they were caught, she promptly fired him and told him that he was just
a "fling." These feelings of resentment could have followed him when a restraining order was put on
him and when she didn't feel the same love that he had for her. Also, he could have been paranoid
that Mrs. and Mr. Huffington were getting back together when he saw that Mr. Huffington was back

A Short Story : The Story Of Omixidous
Omixidous was born to a normal family in the Greek town of Sparta, where he grew up as a normal
child with two arms and two legs and a god for a father. He didn't know that his father was the god
of war, Ares, while growing up because he had always lived with his mom and her husband. His
mother's husband, Arigeth, was a blacksmith, so Omixidous started working as his apprentice at a
young and showed some natural skill at the job. Omixidous enjoyed the town, it was full of people
and always bustling, but people were very nice and friendly to each other. As the blacksmith's
apprentice, Omixidous made the armor and swords for the soldiers, but he longed to fight in battle
himself. One day Omixidous was hammering the red hot tip of a blade, his tanned skin damp with
sweat and his long black hair tied back, then he heard some people calling a name from the town,
however, he couldn't make out the name so he went to check what it was. He walked back into town
to see the townspeople standing outside of their homes looking very concerned. "What has
happened," Omixidous asked the Baker. "We noticed that little Timothy has gone missing a couple
of hours ago and we've been searching all over for him since, we have found no trace of him." The
Baker was visually distraught, Timothy is his nephew.7 Omixidous finished assuring the Baker that
they would find Timothy when a squadron of 20 soldiers marching in the direction of the cave. "

The Craven Book Case
The Craven Book Case Queation 1 Whose biggest fault it is?
Craven Book have faced a huge issue when they tried to implement a new IT system in order to face
to growing demand. This problem with the new IT system has had major impact on the company,
and the protagonists don't agree about who's responsible for this mess. In the video there are four
main participants: Peter Craven (the top manager), the IT manager, the employees and the IT
consultant. Let's see to what extend each of them is responsible.
Peter Craven: As the top manager of the company he has to know what is going on in his company

The company employees: Implemented a new system may create problem with employees such as
resistance. In this case it seems that they didn't adapt their way of working with the new It System.
Part of this problem may be due to the complexity of the system itself but there is also a part due to
a lock in their intention to really understand the new system. They were also too passive, they didn't
communicate about the problem they were facing. It should have been resolved faster. There was
also a problem with the storage, they kept on ignoring the main storage rules and put a complete
mess, which was a difficulty for the IT system.
The consultants: there is a real question about the interest of the consultant, which may not be the
same as the company's one. In this case it seems that they have been more interested in charging the
company with an expensive system rather really helping it. They should have warned the company
about the risks and maybe followed closer the implementation of the IT system. The IT consultants
had the complete trust of Craven Books managers and were able to do whatever they wanted; we
can think they haven't been totally honest.
To conclude the biggest fault is Peter Craven's. As the boss, he has the overall responsibility for the
success or failure of this project. He's the one who have to make sure that everything is going on in
his company,

The world behind her disappeared and all she saw were the bright yellow eyes of the creatures in her

assumed is was a cry from her, Jorja. Just as the cry went away, another one came even louder than

The next day, Jorja comes rushing over to Isabel 's house to start their search for the missing letter.
Without even knocking on the door she rushes in only to see that Isabel was already up and ready to
search for the "gold." Neither of them said hi to each other before Jake and Jackson came running in
to stop them. Again, they kept trying to tell them that they could be hurt or even killed. The girls
think they are just trying to scare them out of going. Isabel thinks that Jackson and Jake are trying to
trick them into not going so they can find it themselves. What she doesn't know is, she is wrong.
Isabel and Jorja continue to ignore Jackson and Jake 's advice and rush out the door. They come up
with almost four plans to find this missing letter. One was they were going to get a map of the town
and try and find suspicious places. Plan 2 was to go to the nearest path and follow it to where it
leads. Next plan was to go to the local police station and look at all the latest thieves or robbers.
They decided to go with the first plan. Isabel and Jorja went to find a map of their town in the
nearest grocery store. Once the got it, they didn't think twice and went straight to the abandoned
neighborhood and started their search. As the girls neared towards the neighborhood Isabel was kind
of second guessing their decision. Jorja had to drag

Comparative Analysis : Classification Algorithms
Comparative Analysis of Classification Algorithms
Abstract
Data Mining is the non–trivial extraction of potentially useful information about data. In other
words, Data Mining extracts the knowledge or interesting information from large set of structured
data that are from different sources. There are various research domains in data mining specifically
text mining, web mining, image mining, sequence mining, process mining, graph mining, etc. Data
mining applications are used in a range of areas such as it is used for financial data analysis, retail
and telecommunication industries, banking, health care and medicine. In health care, the data
mining is mainly used for disease prediction. In data mining, there are several techniques have been
developed and used for predicting the diseases that includes data preprocessing, classification,
clustering, association rules and sequential patterns. This paper analyses the performance of two
classification techniques such as Bayesian and Lazy classifiers for hepatitis dataset. In Bayesian
classifier there are two algorithms namely BayesNet and NaiveBayes. In Lazy classifier we have
two algorithms namely IBK and KStar. Comparative analysis is done by using the WEKA tool.It is
open source software which consists of the collection of machine learning algorithms for data
mining tasks.

An Article On The Missing Link Of Success
The Missing Link #4: Productivity
By Kyre Adept
Nov 14, 2012
Are you feeling stuck or paralyzed in your life or business? Do you spend way too much time on the
internet, reading your email, drinking coffee or the equivalent because you just can 't focus on work?
The fact is that many people are slackers and drifters, with mediocre lives...
The good news is that in the teleconference series on The Missing Link to Success, we look at the
five components that I have found are central to creating a prosperous life. Here 's the formula:
PASSION + PURPOSE + POSITION + PRODUCTIVITY + PEACE OF MIND = PROSPERITY
As well as the article called The Missing Link to Success, which provides an overview of the whole
series, there is an article for each of these 'Five Ps ', so look for them wherever you found this
article! I 'm going to assume you 've read the summary article plus the articles on Passion, Purpose
and Position, because each components builds on the previous ones. Once you have reset the first
three Ps, you are ready to improve your capacity to be PRODUCTIVE.
What does this mean? Why is it important to be productive? The main dictionary definition of
productive is: "yielding favorable or useful results; being constructive; effective in achieving
specified results." (There are also specialized meanings in economics, medicine and linguistics, but
the main meanings will do.)
In work terms, productivity means being able to focus on your assigned (or assumed) tasks, and to

Cause And Effect Of Kidnapping
Kidnapping is a global and historic issue all around the world, and although government is doing all
that they can to ensure that kidnappers are captured and punished, the numbers are steal increasingly
high. Kidnapping is abducting and holding anybody captive. There are many causes of kidnapping,
among them are unemployment, poverty, religion, and so on. The rate of kidnapping in North
America is attracting the attention of people all over the globe. Some people have even taken it as
their business. The disappearance of children in the United States is not unheard of, either, and it is
one of the things that the security in our country is working on. According to National Center for
Missing and Exploited Children, "Roughly 800,000 children are reported missing each year in the
U.S." The act of kidnapping has made so many people lose their reasoning, like why would
someone do this? It is just wrong. As of December 31, 2016, according to the FBI's NCIC, "there are
88,040 active missing person records, and children under the age of 18 account for 33,706 (38.3%)
of the records." NISMART–12 reported that "from the years 1997 to 1999, of the 797,500 children
missing in a one year span, 203, 900 were abducted by family members and 58,200 were abducted
by non–relatives; 118,000 were classified as being taken by a stranger." Reading those statistics

to take him on a long walk. I live in Miami, Florida and working as a forensic anthropologist, I am
always busy.
I glanced to see what the big fuss was about. It just had to be a bone. I can't even get a decent day

Technology And Technology
As a kid, you wouldn't see me without a book in my hand wherever I went. I read at home, at
school, and while I spent the night at my Aunt's and Uncle's. Reading was one of my favorite things
to do when I was bored, but as I grew up and was introduced to more and more technology, reading
became a thing of the past. Reading in today's modern society is seen as something that is out of
date and somewhat pointless. With the advanced technology we have today, we spend our time
watching videos on YouTube, spend hours scrolling through Twitter, and mindlessly stare at the TV
when we are bored. Even if we wanted to read, we have no need to lug around a paper book with us,
as we have whatever we want right at our fingertips.
Think back to the days when flip and slide phones were still popular and the internet was just
coming around. You couldn't do much on those phones besides make calls and text your friends.
When I was younger and the teacher said to bring something to class to keep you occupied, I
remember everyone would either read or draw. Today, if a teacher says the same thing, you can bet
that over half of the class would just pull out their phones or laptops and listen to music or
thoughtlessly scroll through pictures on Instagram. With the way technology is improving, kids
these days don't want to waste their time reading. They would rather be playing games online or or
SnapChatting their friends. I think some kids even see reading as some sort of punishment. If our

Narrative Essay On Human Trafficking
Sitting across the table from Mason, Jared could tell by his smug expression that he had something
up his sleeve. Then again, he could just be bluffing to throw them off. That was the problem with
compulsive liars, outlaws and grifters, you could never quite get a read on them. "Mr. Mason, I'm
Deputy Stallings from the US Marshal Service. My team has been tasked with transporting you to
your final destination." Watching carefully, Jared saw the beady little black eyes go from surprised
to narrow with suspicion. "Come again compadre. What do ya mean by final destination?" "You
have no doubt already been told you are moving to a super max facility in the near future. I'm not at

spoke again. "Hear me out on this one, boss. We have a total of seven missing children, five boys
and two girls. Though all of them are white, they were all living in blended families where one or
more family members were a member of a minority group. All the children came from urban areas
one might consider a basin of criminal activity." Suddenly, Jared leapt to his feet. "Considering part
of the far right mindset is linking crime with minorities and they place a higher value on males than
females, the missing children fit a certain pattern. For this hypothesis to even begin to make sense

Personal Essay : My Identity And Personal Identity
My Identity Self–identity is molded as a young age, but continues to change as we get older. This is
something that as we are growing up do not realize. During a person's lifetime, many of us pause to
think what influences a person's identity. What makes us the individual that we are? I would say that
it is our home, where we live with our parents and siblings. Why do we have trust in certain things?
Why do we believe the way we do? I would say it is based on the way we were taught and raised a
set of opinions that have been instilled in a person since they were young. I would say there are
three great influences in my life that makes me who I am today my parents, my religion and my
culture. My upbringing has molded me into who I am today. Since I was growing up, my parents
taught me about showing respect to everyone especially our superiors. My parents always taught us
that being a good citizen in the community always identifies the individual as a good person. My
parents taught us that when two adults are having a conversation to never interrupt. When someone
was talking and if walking through was necessary, it is proper to say excuse me I need to walk
through. Taking what does not belong to you. Helping a person out when it is needed. Learning
patience and learning that sometimes the best thing to do is just to be quiet. An example I can say
that I went through as I was growing up I was 10 years old it was the summer of 1984 when we had
several family members move in to live with us and this is where their teachings came in place. We
had my dad's sister and her family come and lives with us until they could find their own place it
was my aunt and her husband and her six children. They had 3 boys and 3 girls. My parents had 2
boys and 4 girls. We lived in a four bedroom home, so we had two families living together this is
when I had to learn that when my parents would buy food I had to be considerate that there were
other people living with us, learning to share. This is when I learned that I had to be patient and
quiet. I learned that patient comes in when you have to learn to share your things with others and

Girls Disappearances In Canada
There is a highway in Canada that holds terrifying stories revolving around multiple unsolved
murders and disappearances of women, most of them being First Nations. In this essay you will hear
some true stories of what has happened to a few of these girls along that highway and those who
played a role in the girls disappearances/murders. The stretch of this highway is located between
Prince Rupert and Prince George, British Columbia. The 724 kilometre distance passes through or
near approximately a dozen modest communities, first nations reserves, and traditional grounds. It is
also a very well–known hitchhiking route, particularly for First Nations people who cannot afford

Kawena's hair stood on end, a shiver raced down her spine and a lump came to her throat. It was her
maroon dress that went missing. It really was the dress. However, Kawena could not let the dress

normal dress, but there is a story behind the dress. Kawena got the dress from her mother. Her
mother gave it to her as a gift. In addition, Kawena's mother got the dress from her mother
(Kawena's grandmother). Kawena's grandmother was a singer back in high school. In Kawena's
grandmother perspective, the dress was a lucky dress. For instance, Kawena's grandmother would

Welcoming Students Into The Classroom
Greeting and welcoming students into the classroom occurs before the first day of school. Making
sure that my name and the room number is large, clear, and visible outside the room prior to the
students arriving on the first day, allows for students to feel comfortable knowing they are entering
the right room. When it comes to the first day of school and everyday after that, greeting students
begins by meeting them before they get into the door. Being prepared for them before they walk in
is important. Meet them outside the door with a smile, and telling them good morning, or we are
going to have an awesome day, something to bring a positive environment, a positive message right
off the bat before any academic learning takes place helps with creating a positive classroom
environment if they see that the teacher is happy, energetic, and ready to go. As we get to learn
every student's name and getting to know what their interests are, adding their name to saying good
morning, and a high five, a fist bump, etc. will continue to make the student feel secure in the room
knowing the teacher cares about me, and wants to interact with me.
Classroom rules should be created by the students, but with the basics and the framework created by
the teacher. The teacher should know what the big ideas behind three to five main rules they want to
apply in their classroom, however, it should be up to the students to determine how to phrase, and
what they believe is important for their

Police Departments All Over The World Deal With The Common...
When You Go Missing Who Do You Call
Police departments all over the world deal with the common problem of people going missing.
Missing persons is defined best as, "any person, 18 or older whose disappearance is not possibly not
voluntary, or a child whose whereabouts are unknown to the child's legal custodian" (Legal). Within
the US, there are a substantial number of missing persons. In the year 2015, over 630,000 reports
were made for missing persons, and while many of them were eventually closed, there are an
average of 90,000 incidents active at any given moment in the US (Ritter). In the 2014/15 year,
across the English and Welsh police forces there were 210,632 incident reports created for missing
persons. When relating back to the US's 630,000 reports in the same time, the question should be
asked, why is there such a disparity. Like America, a clear majority of the incidents are resolved
within the same year but of the 47,000 people that are missing each day, only about 12,220 missing
persons stay missing(Newiss). While any number of missing persons is unacceptable, the difference
of both incidents reported and people missing at any given time show a clear problem that seems to
plague the American police. The US seems to have a problem with missing persons investigations,
one in which the UK seems to be more efficient at handling. There is a clear deficit of nearly 80,000
people in comparison between the US and the UK. Even, taking into account the comparative size

have four little blessings of my own. I consider each of them as a blessing and each day I am
reminded of how much they mean to me. My children have brought out the best in me––parts that I
never knew existed. As children grow, so do parents. I have evolved into a better person with the
courage to overcome all obstacles because of the love that I have for my children. At the age of
twenty, my life was full of constant turmoil and instability. I had a plan, and children were not a part

Through the love for my son, I developed the ability to remain positive even during the most
difficult times in life. Although I gained the knowledge to be a more stable and positive individual,
something was still missing in my life. The missing piece soon fell into place upon the birth of my
twin boys, Irijah and Isaac. A multiple birth was a miracle within itself. It seemed unreal because no
one in my family was ever blessed with two babies. Although it took a lot of adjustment, we made it
through the baby period. The hard part did not come until they became toddlers. (During this time), I
noticed complications (in the development) (of the twins). I soon learned that although they were
perfect on the outside my boys were suffering with autism. Irijah is severely autistic while Isaac's is
mild. I knew that in order to conquer this obstacle, changes would have to be made. In the beginning
I was unaware of what needed to be done, but I never gave up. I continue to fight for my boys and
struggle to keep my sanity. This has been the toughest fight of my life because it involves a series of
changes. These changes dealt with acceptance, transition, and adaptation. These were necessary
steps because it gives the boys a chance to lead a somewhat normal life. Through the love of my
sons, I have learned to adapt to change and have gained strength and perseverance that is necessary

Data Mining Information About Data
Abstract– Data Mining extracts useful information about data. In other words, Data Mining extracts
the knowledge or interesting information from large set of structured data that are from different
sources. Data mining applications are used in a range of areas such as it is used for financial data
analysis, retail and telecommunication industries, banking, health care and medicine. In health care,
the data mining is mainly used for disease prediction. In data mining, there are several techniques
have been developed and used for predicting the diseases that includes data preprocessing,

The medical data processing has the high potential in medical domain for extracting the hidden
patterns within the dataset [15]. These patterns are used for clinical diagnosis and prognosis. The
medical data are generally distributed, heterogeneous and voluminous in nature. An important
problem in medical analysis is to achieve the correct diagnosis of certain important information.
This paper describes classification algorithms and it is used to analyze the performance of these
algorithms. The accuracy measures are True Positive (TP) rate, F Measure, Receiver Operating
Characteristics (ROC) area and Kappa Statistics. The error measures are Mean Absolute Error
(M.A.E), Root Mean Squared Error (R.M.S.E), Relative Absolute Error (R.A.E) and Relative Root
Squared Error (R.R.S.E) [5]. Section 2 explains the literature review; Section 3 describes the
classification algorithms. Experimental results are analyzed in section 4 and section 5 illustrates the
conclusion of this paper.

Evaluation Of An Appraisal Form
Evaluating an Appraisal Form
"In a recent survey, over 50 percent of respondents reported that they believe performance reviews
do not provide accurate appraisals of their work, and nearly 25 percent said they dread performance
reviews more than anything else" (Pulakos, Mueller–Hanson, O 'Leary, & Meyrowitz, 2012, p. 8).
Negative perceptions of appraisals derive from feelings of being a waste of time or holding no value
in the workplace. Organization leadership should develop a thorough evaluation form to combat the
pessimistic discernment for performance reviews. Constructing a meticulous form, adhering to
guidelines, and stressing the importance of the process will build staff support for the program.

Black Hat Or Devil 's Advocate Process
Black Hat or Devil 's Advocate Process
The best solution to the dissatisfaction that is caused when a title is held and not sent to the payoff
dealer in a timely manner is to create a dealer notification process. This process will consist of
contacting the dealer by phone, email or fax to notify them of the accounts that have a title on hold
for missing odometer statement. The solution should be implemented because it is quick to
implement, will have a low cost to implement and will have a big impact on the issue. If the dealers
are notified as soon as the title is placed on hold they can fax or email the odometer to the Title
Services and Support department immediately. The Title Services and Support department will be
able to deliver the title to the dealer a timely manner.
If this solution is implemented one impact that could go wrong is that the dealers could become
frustrated with BMW Financial Services if the Title Services and Support department does not
notify them of an account that is on hold or the dealer could become frustrated if the Title Services
and Support department contacts them to many times about an account that is on hold. A weakness
and risk of the solution are keeping the BMW dealer group contact information up to date. The Title
Services and Support department will need to be in constant communication with the BMW Group
dealers to ensure they are calling, emailing or faxing the request for odometer statements to the
correct contact.

Analysis Of All The Missing Girls
Is it monsters from the dark, mysterious woods, jealous ex–boyfriends, or ditching town? These are
all theories as to why two teenage girls from the, supposedly, postcard–worthy town have
disappeared in the past ten years. In All the Missing Girls, Nic is back in her hometown, for a
sojourn for the first time since her friend, Corrine, disappeared ten years ago, and now Annaleise
Carter is missing. The memories of Corrine's case begin to resurface as alibis, motives, and
connections between the cases are questioned. In a small town like Cooley Ridge, rumors are the
plague, spreading everywhere not caring whose lives they ruin. (☺ Metaphor) I finished reading
The Woman in Cabin 10, and the resolution is that Richard commits suicide after killing his real
wife, and his fake wife and Lo both survive. The three most important searches in All the Missing
Girls are the search for connections between the two cases of the missing girls, the search for
Corinne, and Tyler's search for love.
The search for connections between the cases leads to Tyler being questioned as a suspect, and Nic
going on a mission to solve the cases. Tyler is suspected because he is dating Annaleise. He claims
they broke up the night before she disappears, which heightens suspicions. He also ditches town
after Annaleise goes missing. Nic thinks, "Tyler was starting to feel like a ghost, like if I blinked for
too long, he might slip away for good" (Miranda 171). He is fleeing the investigation. By

How Harmful Are Ufo's Missing Time?
Missing time is a contentious occurrence told by some individuals in junction with close encounters
amid UFOs and alien abduction phenomena. The expression "missing time" concerns a void in
conscious recollection recounting a precise period in time. The void can last from a number of
minutes to a couple of days in length. The recollection of what took place during the missing time is
frequently recovered by way of hypnosis or in the course of dreaming.
Missing time is contentious in that aside from skepticism in UFO events, it is closely aligned to
other disputed matters such as regained memories and hypnotic suggestion. Meaning that the
recollection of the occurrence, actual or imagined, is so disturbing that the mind suppresses it. Time
can additionally be lost without a actual abduction. There have been several cases of persons who
testify that they have experienced missing time just by being in the close proximity of a UFO craft.
This phenomenon could potentially be defined through physics given Einstein's theory of relativity
recounts that time is relative, and that time travels slower in the company of a gravitational field. It

Zootopia Film Analysis
Leadership Film Analysis
Disney's Zootopia is a great depiction of James Kouzes's and Barry Posner's Five Practices of
Exemplary Leadership. The main protagonist, Judy Hopps, exemplifies those practices – model the
way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage the heart.
The first practice is model the way. According to Kouzes and Posner (2014), in order to model the
way a leader must "clarify values by finding your voice and affirming shared values" and "set the
example by aligning actions with shared values.' In the beginning of the movie Judy is putting on a
play and at the end she talks about how Zootopia is a place where you can be anything you want to
be. This is the first time we hear ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She also enlisted others at the end of the movie when she made her speech. During that speech, Judy
says, "try to make the world a better place" by accepting and understanding others. By asking the
people of Zootopia to try to understand each other she is appealing to the shared aspiration of
making Zootopia safer and a place where you can be anything you want to be.
The third practice is challenge the process. According to Kouzes and Posner (2014), challenging the
process means to "search for opportunities by seizing the initiative and by looking outward for
innovative ways to improve" and "experiment and take risks by constantly generating small wins
and learning from experience". Judy challenged the process by seizing the initiative and taking the
otter case, even when Chief Bogo didn't want her to take it. She also looked outwards by enlisting
Nick. By enlisting Nick, Judy found an innovative way to take on the case because Nick was a
criminal and thought like a criminal, therefore it gave Judy a new perspective. Judy also challenged
the process by and took a risk by becoming the first ever bunny cop. Judy celebrated every small
victory she had, she celebrated after every little clue they found about the missing otter case.
Throughout the whole movie, Judy was always challenging the process because she was changing
the status quo of what a bunny, and all animals, should be able to do.
The fourth practice is enable

The Case Of The Missing Time Essay

  • 1. The Case of the Missing Time Essay The Case of the Missing Time Good time management is essential to handle a heavy workload without excessive stress. For a manager, time management helps reduce long–term stress by giving the manager direction when he or she has too much work to do. The manager will then, have the control of how tasks will be completed at work. In addition, having control allows managers to increase their productivity. In the Case of the Missing Time, Chet Craig, manager of the Norris Company's Central Plant, deals with work overload and finds it difficult to complete many of the important tasks at work. He begins his morning by stating, "this is going to be the day to really get things done." Yet, in spite of his intentions to accomplish the projects ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Clearly, Craig does not distinguish between what is important versus what is urgent. Important matters produce desired results, while urgent matters only demand immediate attention. Since Craig does not focus on important matters, there is no actual accomplishment. As a manager he is expected to be a creative thinker, and to have accomplishments. However, putting important matters on hold, while attending urgent ones will only allow Craig's personal stress to rise. In addition, Craig fails to use his managerial position to delegate second level tasks to others, who are capable of handling those tasks. By focusing on second level tasks, Craig loses time and effort that could have been used to accomplish important tasks. When individuals at work focus only on what is urgent rather than what is important, organizational problems such as poor delegation which was previously mentioned, poor organization at work, and weak organizational hierarchy tend to occur. In this case, poor delegation of tasks makes it difficult to organize work activities within the company. Poor organization makes people less efficient and less effective. Less efficient and less effective individuals lead to weak organizational hierarchy. A weak organizational hierarchy can lead to a decrease in the overall productivity of the company. Craig can be seen as someone who likes to be in control, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 3. A Short Story : An Analysis Of The Paperhanger The paperhanger is a talented con artist. Working for Dr. Jamahl and his wife is one of the few jobs he has, because that is just the cover to what he does to women. The vanishment of the doctor's daughter brings mystery to how she just so happened to disappear, bringing fury to those who search for her body. The story enhances enticing irony, vivid imagery, and alluring foreshadow as to what really happened to Zeineb, the child who is missing. The irony displayed in the story entices the reader to figure out what happens to the child. "I've got to cover my ass. If that little girl don't turn up damn quick this is going to be over my head. TBI, FBI, network news. I've got to eliminate everything," (Gay, 77). This is ironic, because the paperhanger basically gave away that he is guilty of the child missing. If he did not commit any crime, he would not be in need of eliminating any evidence. The paperhanger helps the search team look for the missing child, but in reality he is intelligent to allure them to an area where the child would not be found. Moreover, situational irony is introduced at the end of the story when the paperhanger lays Zeineb next to her mother. "He took her arm, laid it across the child. She pulled away from the cold. He firmly brought the arm back, arranging them like mannequins, madonna and child," (Gay, 92). It is evident that he is the killer of the child, and he kills the mother. It is ironic, because not only does he kill both the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 5. Self-Identity And Self Identity Self–identity is molded as a young age, but continues to change as we get older. This is something that we all do not realize. During a person's lifetime many of us pause to think what influence a person's identity. What makes us the individual that we are? I would say that it is our home, where we live with our parents and siblings. Why do we have trust in certain things? Why do we believe the way we do? I would say it is based on the way we were taught and raised a set of opinions that have been instilled in a person since they were young. I would say that their three great influences in my life that makes me who I am today my parents, my religion and my culture. Upbringing it has molded me into who I am today. Since I was growing up my parents taught me about showing respect to everyone especially our superiors. My parents always taught us that being a good citizen in your community always identifies the individual as a good person. My parents taught us that when two adults are having a conversation to never interrupt. When someone was talking and if you needed to walk through you would say excuse me. Never stealing what does not belong to you. Helping a person out when they do not have a place to stay. How to have patience with other people and learning that sometimes the best thing to do is just to be quiet. An example I can say that I went through as I was growing up I was 10 years old when we had several family members move in to live with us and this is where ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 7. The Skeleton Owner 's Gender, Ethnicity, Height, And Age INTRODUCTION At 4 pm, in a certain park, 2 skeletons were found lying side by side behind the bushes. It was concluded that the two were a couple because they were holding hands whilst the skull was facing each other. A femur, pelvic girdles, skulls, tibia, and humerus were taken from each of the skeleton and observations were made to identify their gender, race, age, and height. One is a female, and the other was a male, also the skeletons pretty much remained intact from being undisturbed however, a few of the hand or feet bones can be found lying a little further off perhaps due to the scattering of birds. SUMMARY OF FINDINGS There were many factors that lead t the discovery of the skeleton owner's gender, ethnicity, height, and age. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Nevertheless, the unidentified person may have had malnutrition, which would lead to stunted growth in certain areas that happened to not affect the humerus or femur. Back to how the results came out, the students plugged the measurements into certain formulas according to race and gender. By having these differences in formula, it made it more accurate because each race and gender, due to genetics, can make the height different. The age was 30 years and above. By observing some of the skeletal structures, it was able to give an estimate. Places that were inspected were the humerus, femur, and pelvis. It was especially the pelvis – where all segments of the sacrum are united with no evidence of epiphyseal unions – that gave away the fact that she was 30 years old plus. The others, like the femur and humerus, would give a general age however the standards stopped at the age of 20; the bone doesn't shift much past that unless its osteoporosis or something similar. FURTHER ANALYSIS Facial reconstruction is used as a last resort to identify remains by placing clay atop the skeleton in hopes of reconstructing what that person may look like to get a possible identification. They would gather average tissue thickness from the ethnicity, gender, and age (children, teens, and adults) and apply it to the skull according to the correct gender, ... Ais Implementation Case Study Essay Professional Salon Concepts Project III Kirstin Johnson DeVry University Abstract Steve Cowan is the owner of a distribution company of salon hair products. The company, Professional Salon Concepts, (PSC) was growing and decided to upgrade their AIS to support the demands of the company. Steve hired Mike, his brother–in–law to assist him and the two of them began to research the different products available believing they could better determine the needs of the company than a consultant could. After a short time they bought first one and then changing their minds and bought a second system. After a short training period the new system was installed with some very problematic first few days. Eventually the system was up ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Missing Features How could PSC have avoided the problem of the missing features? If PSC had gotten RFPs the problem of missing features in the system they chose would have been eliminated during the vendor selection process. However, in the route they did take those features that were important to Steve but were not included in the AIS could have been included by having a systems requirements list and a written contract with the specifications explicitly written out. Conversion and Reporting How could PSC have avoided some of the conversion and reporting problems it faced? As I stated before, more time was needed in the testing and training portion of the conversion before the new AIS went online. One trick I learned from our own system change at the city I work in is to train a few operators on the new systems during the testing phase and then have them train a few more in their own departments. By using your own employees to train each other they are gaining a better understanding of how the system works. This way on the day of the change you have more people who understand the system and how to fix or correct the things that can go wrong. The more people you can have trained this way before the system change the better off you will be at the critical moment. Steve's Analysis Steve's analysis of the numbers is incomplete in my opinion. • 16. Reasons Why Charles Evens Murdered Mrs. Cheryl Hu I believe that Charles Evens, the pool worker, murdered Mrs. Cheryl Huffington. First of all, we can assume that Cheryl Huffington was killed two days prior to her neighbor finding her. In the report it also says that Evens broke his restraining order three days before the murder, or one day before she was killed. Furthermore, during his interview, he was found to have a key to the house of Mrs. Huffington around his neck. This proves that he is the murderer because it couldn't just be a coincidence that he had a wife and a new job, but then he suddenly went against the restraining order. Also, having a key to her house could obviously prove to be very helpful if he wanted to murder her. Secondly, even though we can assume that she was killed two days before she was found, we can't prove that. Charles Evens said that he was out of town on the day before the murder and came back the next day, so he "wasn't in town" during the murder. However, since the police report unfortunately does not say when the murder was, we can assume that they haven't figured it out yet (just because a gunshot was heard does not mean that it was the murder). So, if Evens knows when the day of the murder was, and the police don't... it just doesn't add up. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... • 18. A Short Story : The Story Of Omixidous Omixidous was born to a normal family in the Greek town of Sparta, where he grew up as a normal child with two arms and two legs and a god for a father. He didn't know that his father was the god of war, Ares, while growing up because he had always lived with his mom and her husband. His mother's husband, Arigeth, was a blacksmith, so Omixidous started working as his apprentice at a young and showed some natural skill at the job. Omixidous enjoyed the town, it was full of people and always bustling, but people were very nice and friendly to each other. As the blacksmith's apprentice, Omixidous made the armor and swords for the soldiers, but he longed to fight in battle himself. One day Omixidous was hammering the red hot tip of a blade, his tanned skin damp with sweat and his long black hair tied back, then he heard some people calling a name from the town, however, he couldn't make out the name so he went to check what it was. Craven Book have faced a huge issue when they tried to implement a new IT system in order to face to growing demand. This problem with the new IT system has had major impact on the company, and the protagonists don't agree about who's responsible for this mess. In the video there are four main participants: Peter Craven (the top manager), the IT manager, the employees and the IT consultant. Let's see to what extend each of them is responsible. The company employees: Implemented a new system may create problem with employees such as resistance. In this case it seems that they didn't adapt their way of working with the new It System. Part of this problem may be due to the complexity of the system itself but there is also a part due to a lock in their intention to really understand the new system. They were also too passive, they didn't communicate about the problem they were facing. It should have been resolved faster. There was also a problem with the storage, they kept on ignoring the main storage rules and put a complete mess, which was a difficulty for the IT system. The consultants: there is a real question about the interest of the consultant, which may not be the same as the company's one. In this case it seems that they have been more interested in charging the company with an expensive system rather really helping it. They should have warned the company about the risks and maybe followed closer the implementation of the IT system. The IT consultants had the complete trust of Craven Books managers and were able to do whatever they wanted; we can think they haven't been totally honest. To conclude the biggest fault is Peter Craven's. As the boss, he has the overall responsibility for the success or failure of this project. Next plan was to go to the local police station and look at all the latest thieves or robbers. They decided to go with the first plan. Comparative Analysis : Classification Algorithms Comparative Analysis of Classification Algorithms Abstract Data Mining is the non–trivial extraction of potentially useful information about data. In other words, Data Mining extracts the knowledge or interesting information from large set of structured data that are from different sources. There are various research domains in data mining specifically text mining, web mining, image mining, sequence mining, process mining, graph mining, etc. Data mining applications are used in a range of areas such as it is used for financial data analysis, retail and telecommunication industries, banking, health care and medicine. In health care, the data mining is mainly used for disease prediction. In data mining, there are several techniques have been developed and used for predicting the diseases that includes data preprocessing, classification, clustering, association rules and sequential patterns. This paper analyses the performance of two classification techniques such as Bayesian and Lazy classifiers for hepatitis dataset. In Bayesian classifier there are two algorithms namely BayesNet and NaiveBayes. In Lazy classifier we have two algorithms namely IBK and KStar. Comparative analysis is done by using the WEKA tool.It is open source software which consists of the collection of machine learning algorithms for data mining tasks. Do you spend way too much time on the internet, reading your email, drinking coffee or the equivalent because you just can 't focus on work? The fact is that many people are slackers and drifters, with mediocre lives... The good news is that in the teleconference series on The Missing Link to Success, we look at the five components that I have found are central to creating a prosperous life. Here 's the formula: PASSION + PURPOSE + POSITION + PRODUCTIVITY + PEACE OF MIND = PROSPERITY As well as the article called The Missing Link to Success, which provides an overview of the whole series, there is an article for each of these 'Five Ps ', so look for them wherever you found this article! I 'm going to assume you 've read the summary article plus the articles on Passion, Purpose and Position, because each components builds on the previous ones. Once you have reset the first three Ps, you are ready to improve your capacity to be PRODUCTIVE. What does this mean? Why is it important to be productive? The main dictionary definition of productive is: "yielding favorable or useful results; being constructive; effective in achieving specified results." (There are also specialized meanings in economics, medicine and linguistics, but the main meanings will do.) The disappearance of children in the United States is not unheard of, either, and it is one of the things that the security in our country is working on. According to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, "Roughly 800,000 children are reported missing each year in the U.S." The act of kidnapping has made so many people lose their reasoning, like why would someone do this? It is just wrong. As of December 31, 2016, according to the FBI's NCIC, "there are 88,040 active missing person records, and children under the age of 18 account for 33,706 (38.3%) of the records." NISMART–12 reported that "from the years 1997 to 1999, of the 797,500 children missing in a one year span, 203, 900 were abducted by family members and 58,200 were abducted by non–relatives; 118,000 were classified as being taken by a stranger." Reading was one of my favorite things to do when I was bored, but as I grew up and was introduced to more and more technology, reading became a thing of the past. Reading in today's modern society is seen as something that is out of date and somewhat pointless. With the advanced technology we have today, we spend our time watching videos on YouTube, spend hours scrolling through Twitter, and mindlessly stare at the TV when we are bored. Even if we wanted to read, we have no need to lug around a paper book with us, as we have whatever we want right at our fingertips. Think back to the days when flip and slide phones were still popular and the internet was just coming around. You couldn't do much on those phones besides make calls and text your friends. When I was younger and the teacher said to bring something to class to keep you occupied, I remember everyone would either read or draw. Today, if a teacher says the same thing, you can bet that over half of the class would just pull out their phones or laptops and listen to music or thoughtlessly scroll through pictures on Instagram. With the way technology is improving, kids these days don't want to waste their time reading. They would rather be playing games online or or SnapChatting their friends. • 46. Personal Essay : My Identity And Personal Identity My Identity Self–identity is molded as a young age, but continues to change as we get older. This is something that as we are growing up do not realize. During a person's lifetime, many of us pause to think what influences a person's identity. What makes us the individual that we are? I would say that it is our home, where we live with our parents and siblings. Why do we have trust in certain things? Why do we believe the way we do? I would say it is based on the way we were taught and raised a set of opinions that have been instilled in a person since they were young. I would say there are three great influences in my life that makes me who I am today my parents, my religion and my culture. My upbringing has molded me into who I am today. Since I was growing up, my parents taught me about showing respect to everyone especially our superiors. My parents always taught us that being a good citizen in the community always identifies the individual as a good person. My parents taught us that when two adults are having a conversation to never interrupt. When someone was talking and if walking through was necessary, it is proper to say excuse me I need to walk through. Taking what does not belong to you. Helping a person out when it is needed. Learning patience and learning that sometimes the best thing to do is just to be quiet. An example I can say that I went through as I was growing up I was 10 years old it was the summer of 1984 when we had several family members move in to live with us and this is where their teachings came in place. We had my dad's sister and her family come and lives with us until they could find their own place it was my aunt and her husband and her six children. They had 3 boys and 3 girls. My parents had 2 boys and 4 girls. We lived in a four bedroom home, so we had two families living together this is when I had to learn that when my parents would buy food I had to be considerate that there were other people living with us, learning to share. This is when I learned that I had to be patient and quiet. I learned that patient comes in when you have to learn to share your things with others and being quiet when ... Making sure that my name and the room number is large, clear, and visible outside the room prior to the students arriving on the first day, allows for students to feel comfortable knowing they are entering the right room. When it comes to the first day of school and everyday after that, greeting students begins by meeting them before they get into the door. Being prepared for them before they walk in is important. Meet them outside the door with a smile, and telling them good morning, or we are going to have an awesome day, something to bring a positive environment, a positive message right off the bat before any academic learning takes place helps with creating a positive classroom environment if they see that the teacher is happy, energetic, and ready to go. As we get to learn every student's name and getting to know what their interests are, adding their name to saying good morning, and a high five, a fist bump, etc. will continue to make the student feel secure in the room knowing the teacher cares about me, and wants to interact with me. • 54. Police Departments All Over The World Deal With The Common... When You Go Missing Who Do You Call Police departments all over the world deal with the common problem of people going missing. Missing persons is defined best as, "any person, 18 or older whose disappearance is not possibly not voluntary, or a child whose whereabouts are unknown to the child's legal custodian" (Legal). Within the US, there are a substantial number of missing persons. In the year 2015, over 630,000 reports were made for missing persons, and while many of them were eventually closed, there are an average of 90,000 incidents active at any given moment in the US (Ritter). In the 2014/15 year, across the English and Welsh police forces there were 210,632 incident reports created for missing persons. When relating back to the US's 630,000 reports in the same time, the question should be asked, why is there such a disparity. Like America, a clear majority of the incidents are resolved within the same year but of the 47,000 people that are missing each day, only about 12,220 missing persons stay missing(Newiss). While any number of missing persons is unacceptable, the difference of both incidents reported and people missing at any given time show a clear problem that seems to plague the American police. The US seems to have a problem with missing persons investigations, one in which the UK seems to be more efficient at handling. There is a clear deficit of nearly 80,000 people in comparison between the US and the UK. Even, taking into account the comparative size ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The hard part did not come until they became toddlers. (During this time), I noticed complications (in the development) (of the twins). I soon learned that although they were perfect on the outside my boys were suffering with autism. Irijah is severely autistic while Isaac's is mild. I knew that in order to conquer this obstacle, changes would have to be made. In the beginning I was unaware of what needed to be done, but I never gave up. I continue to fight for my boys and struggle to keep my sanity. This has been the toughest fight of my life because it involves a series of changes. These changes dealt with acceptance, transition, and adaptation. These were necessary steps because it gives the boys a chance to lead a somewhat normal life. Through the love of my sons, I have learned to adapt to change and have gained strength and perseverance that is necessary in life. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In other words, Data Mining extracts the knowledge or interesting information from large set of structured data that are from different sources. This paper analyses the performance of two classification techniques such as Bayesian ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The medical data processing has the high potential in medical domain for extracting the hidden patterns within the dataset [15]. These patterns are used for clinical diagnosis and prognosis. The medical data are generally distributed, heterogeneous and voluminous in nature. An important problem in medical analysis is to achieve the correct diagnosis of certain important information. This paper describes classification algorithms and it is used to analyze the performance of these algorithms. The accuracy measures are True Positive (TP) rate, F Measure, Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) area and Kappa Statistics. The error measures are Mean Absolute Error (M.A.E), Root Mean Squared Error (R.M.S.E), Relative Absolute Error (R.A.E) and Relative Root Squared Error (R.R.S.E) [5]. Section 2 explains the literature review; Section 3 describes the classification algorithms. Experimental results are analyzed in section 4 and section 5 illustrates the conclusion of this paper. II. LITERATURE REVIEW Dr. S.Vijayarani et al., [11] determined the performance of various classification techniques in data mining for predicting the heart disease from the heart disease dataset. The classification algorithms is used and tested in this work. The performance factors evaluate the efficiency of algorithms, clustering accuracy and error rate. The result illustrates LOGISTICS classification function efficiency is better than multilayer perception and sequential ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 62. Evaluation Of An Appraisal Form Evaluating an Appraisal Form "In a recent survey, over 50 percent of respondents reported that they believe performance reviews do not provide accurate appraisals of their work, and nearly 25 percent said they dread performance reviews more than anything else" (Pulakos, Mueller–Hanson, O 'Leary, & Meyrowitz, 2012, p. 8). Negative perceptions of appraisals derive from feelings of being a waste of time or holding no value in the workplace. Organization leadership should develop a thorough evaluation form to combat the pessimistic discernment for performance reviews. Constructing a meticulous form, adhering to guidelines, and stressing the importance of the process will build staff support for the program. Appraisal Form Components Table The University of California Berkeley's (UC Berkeley's or university's) employee appraisal form encompasses many of the components of an ideal assessment but is also missing valuable pieces. Table 1 is a list of major components of an appraisal form. The right–hand column has checkmarks for the features the university's form includes. Although the assessment covers portions of an ideal evaluation form, there are facets missing that could improve upon the performance management system and provide further guidance to employees. This book is as dirty as the first book, with the same disturbing scenes to read through. This is another fast pace book, that will let you see into the mind of Mason. Mason's childhood was as f*cked up as it could be and having Emma around made him feel balance. Anytime Emma was around he felt some kind of happiness and of course he enjoyed not only her company but being inside her most. Their sexual chemistry was off the charts and I love how much Emma started to grow in this book. Emma started to control, to fight for what she wants. Black Hat Or Devil 's Advocate Process Black Hat or Devil 's Advocate Process The best solution to the dissatisfaction that is caused when a title is held and not sent to the payoff dealer in a timely manner is to create a dealer notification process. This process will consist of contacting the dealer by phone, email or fax to notify them of the accounts that have a title on hold for missing odometer statement. The solution should be implemented because it is quick to implement, will have a low cost to implement and will have a big impact on the issue. If the dealers are notified as soon as the title is placed on hold they can fax or email the odometer to the Title Services and Support department immediately. The Title Services and Support department will be able to deliver the title to the dealer a timely manner. If this solution is implemented one impact that could go wrong is that the dealers could become frustrated with BMW Financial Services if the Title Services and Support department does not notify them of an account that is on hold or the dealer could become frustrated if the Title Services and Support department contacts them to many times about an account that is on hold. A weakness and risk of the solution are keeping the BMW dealer group contact information up to date. The Title Services and Support department will need to be in constant communication with the BMW Group dealers to ensure they are calling, emailing or faxing the request for odometer statements to the correct contact. • 70. Analysis Of All The Missing Girls Is it monsters from the dark, mysterious woods, jealous ex–boyfriends, or ditching town? These are all theories as to why two teenage girls from the, supposedly, postcard–worthy town have disappeared in the past ten years. In All the Missing Girls, Nic is back in her hometown, for a sojourn for the first time since her friend, Corrine, disappeared ten years ago, and now Annaleise Carter is missing. The memories of Corrine's case begin to resurface as alibis, motives, and connections between the cases are questioned. In a small town like Cooley Ridge, rumors are the plague, spreading everywhere not caring whose lives they ruin. (☺ Metaphor) I finished reading The Woman in Cabin 10, and the resolution is that Richard commits suicide after killing his real wife, and his fake wife and Lo both survive. The three most important searches in All the Missing Girls are the search for connections between the two cases of the missing girls, the search for Corinne, and Tyler's search for love. The search for connections between the cases leads to Tyler being questioned as a suspect, and Nic going on a mission to solve the cases. Tyler is suspected because he is dating Annaleise. He claims they broke up the night before she disappears, which heightens suspicions. He also ditches town after Annaleise goes missing. Nic thinks, "Tyler was starting to feel like a ghost, like if I blinked for too long, he might slip away for good" (Miranda 171). He is fleeing the investigation. By ... The Missing Time : The History Of Human History After his confrontation with Russell, Phillip did his best to lie low until Saturday arrived and he could get down to the records department after class. And, once at the archives, he didn't know where to begin. He didn't even know what he should be searching for, but he knew there had to be a clue somewhere, a mistake in the volunteers' operation like Inez had put forth, one that would set him in the right direction to find answers. But what? Something had to be in that gap of missing time, the several months just before the arrival of the volunteers era. The more Phillip thought about it the more he was almost certain of that. "By June 17, 2030, the last of the great wars had ceased," Stacy began to explain as the mainframe brought up entirely new images. "All of the world's governments had fallen and their military were left depleted of not only crucial supplies, but of able bodied fighters. In the end, there were no victors of any of the great wars as a result of population depletion. Only a slow, drawn out series of cease fires which took place as the world's population continued to dwindle down even further due to the rapid spread of disease, pollution, and lack of food. "An unwillingness of the planet's surviving population to continue to wage war became prevalent. That was coupled with the increasing logistics of carrying out military campaigns under the dire conditions. "With the great wars having come to an end, the survivors who were left had inherited the Earth under calamitous circumstances. But with the help of the Volunteers, under their guidance and accrued wisdom, which they so graciously bestowed upon mankind, a renewed sense of hope and optimism was born. The dominance of what was the great wars was replaced by what became known as, the great healing, which began on June 17, 2030." Holograms of the great healing then showed up before Phillip. • 74. How Harmful Are Ufo's Missing Time? Missing time is a contentious occurrence told by some individuals in junction with close encounters amid UFOs and alien abduction phenomena. The expression "missing time" concerns a void in conscious recollection recounting a precise period in time. The void can last from a number of minutes to a couple of days in length. The recollection of what took place during the missing time is frequently recovered by way of hypnosis or in the course of dreaming. Missing time is contentious in that aside from skepticism in UFO events, it is closely aligned to other disputed matters such as regained memories and hypnotic suggestion. Meaning that the recollection of the occurrence, actual or imagined, is so disturbing that the mind suppresses it. Time can additionally be lost without a actual abduction. There have been several cases of persons who testify that they have experienced missing time just by being in the close proximity of a UFO craft. This phenomenon could potentially be defined through physics given Einstein's theory of relativity recounts that time is relative, and that time travels slower in the company of a gravitational field. Monsieur Apricot hoped someone would get it seeing as he was a bit preoccupied at the moment. Monsieur Apricot was the most well– respected chef in Australia, even though he was French. Well he wasn't actually French but he thought it gave him more authority in the kitchen. He was a short, bossy man who required respect and loyalty from his staff. He liked to get this by fooling people into believing he was French, with his fake French accent and moustache. Even though he is bossy and sometimes intimidating, he's actually quite a nice guy; and the kitchen is his life. "Ah, sir?" asked a timid voice. Monsieur Apricot turned around, coming face to face with his cowardly cook Mr Tweedle. "What!" he bellowed. He had been in the middle of preparing a dessert for a particularly snobby couple and he didn't like being interrupted. "Um," Mr Tweedle replied, "we appear to be missing the soup ladle." • 78. Zootopia Film Analysis Leadership Film Analysis Disney's Zootopia is a great depiction of James Kouzes's and Barry Posner's Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. The main protagonist, Judy Hopps, exemplifies those practices – model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act, and encourage the heart. The first practice is model the way. According to Kouzes and Posner (2014), in order to model the way a leader must "clarify values by finding your voice and affirming shared values" and "set the example by aligning actions with shared values.' In the beginning of the movie Judy is putting on a play and at the end she talks about how Zootopia is a place where you can be anything you want to be. This is the first time we hear ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... She also enlisted others at the end of the movie when she made her speech. During that speech, Judy says, "try to make the world a better place" by accepting and understanding others. By asking the people of Zootopia to try to understand each other she is appealing to the shared aspiration of making Zootopia safer and a place where you can be anything you want to be. The third practice is challenge the process. According to Kouzes and Posner (2014), challenging the process means to "search for opportunities by seizing the initiative and by looking outward for innovative ways to improve" and "experiment and take risks by constantly generating small wins and learning from experience". Judy challenged the process by seizing the initiative and taking the otter case, even when Chief Bogo didn't want her to take it. She also looked outwards by enlisting Nick. By enlisting Nick, Judy found an innovative way to take on the case because Nick was a criminal and thought like a criminal, therefore it gave Judy a new perspective. Judy also challenged the process by and took a risk by becoming the first ever bunny cop. Judy celebrated every small victory she had, she celebrated after every little clue they found about the missing otter case. Throughout the whole movie, Judy was always challenging the process because she was changing the status quo of what a bunny, and all animals, should be able to do. The fourth practice is enable ...
