3. Historical booksof Knowledge
• A lot of current geopolitical and military mindsets find their
roots in a series of well-known historical books of knowledge.
• e.g. Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, Clausewitz, Aristotle, etc.
• Modern political figures‘ behavior can be understood by
studying these historical books of knowledge.
4. Niccolo Machiavelli
• Both Machiavelli and Sun Tzu wrote
of the Art of War.
• The Prince is the treatise that
Machiavelli is most know for.

28. Thoughtful conclusions
• Such an approach to ancient texts could make the wisdom of
the ages relevant to the modern World.
• But more importantly, the same approach for making narrative
texts: explicit, disambiguated and operationalised can be
applied to any type of narrative texts:
• Clinical Guidelines in Healthcare
• Regulations in various industries
• Texts of Laws
• Etc.
