- Now comes the technical architecture of the product. SBOeConnect has three components. The first one SBOeConnect Add-on needs to be installed in SAP Business One server. Windows Server 2003 R2 OS and MS Sql Server 2005 should be installed in the SAP Business One Server. Also the second component SBOeConnect manager have to be installed in SAP Business One server. The third component SBOeConnect plugin for Magento, needed to be installed in the web server. Now the web server can be SAP Business One server or any other Windows or Linux Server. For Windows OS Internet Information Server and for Linux OS Apache needed to be configured in the web server.

- Web customer can register online. The registration information will be synchronized to SAP B1 Business Partner Master Data.Customer activation can be confirmed using the confirmation email. Once the customer is active in Magento web store this will automatically be reflected in SAP B1.Also Business Partners can be created in SAP B1 and can be uploaded to the Magento web store. SAP User has the ability to put password for these business partners. Otherwise system defined password will be associated with SAP B1 Business Partner and will be uploaded to Magento web store. These SAP B1 Business Partners will be treated as normal registered web customers. These customers will also get user registration mail from Magento stating username and password.All historical data of SAP B1 Business Partner can be uploaded to Magento web store in one go.
