2. The Tournament Management System allows administrators to create,
customize, and schedule tournaments all within one easy-to-use platform.
Tournament settings can be modified at any time.
3. Customize Team Applications
Design a customizable team application form with unique ‘Fill In The
Blank’ questions and set which answers are required.
4. Email Confirmation
Send out personalized email confirmation messages after teams
complete the payment portion of the tournament registration.
Data can be pre-filled based on items from the application
and/or payment details.
5. Review Applications
Manage applications once they are submitted into the system.
Payments by credit card are automatically processed and
deposited. If registrants pay by check, administrators can log those
payments into the system.
7. Broadcast Emails
Compose broadcast emails to announce tournament information and
updates to attendees.
Filter email addresses by players, coaches, team officials, referees, and
more to contact specific groups.
8. Creating Schedules
Once teams are accepted into the system, administrators can begin
to create their tournament schedules.
Administrators can create their ideal schedule by entering in the
desired tournament dates, timeframes, and available fields.
9. Field Creation
Administrators can designate which available field complexes will
be used during the tournament.
By adding an address to the field, the system will automatically
provide Google® Maps directions to the location.
10. Maintain Field Permits
The Tournament Management System allows administrators to manage
their field permits directly within the system.
Input which dates and times the fields will physically be available, along
with which age groups are able to play on each individual field.
11. Date Groups
Date Groups within the system provide a list of the exact dates that the
tournament groups will be scheduled to play.
If a specific group (Boys) are only going to play on one day, that group can
be distinguished from the rest of the tournament by creating a Date Group
that specifies the Boys will only be participating on Saturday.
12. Matchup Structures
The System provides a pre-made library filled with over 300 of
Demosphere’s most requested templates for tournament schedule
structures. Structures can be cloned and modified for any event.
Demosphere can create new templates for unique schedules upon request.
13. Schedule Divisions
Division schedules can be edited within the system to set up the tie
patterns, dates, times, starting game number, and hide scores if necessary.
15. Manage Conflicts
Various audit reports can be run to ensure no field or coaching
conflicts will occur during the tournament.
16. Rescheduling Games
Rearrange game schedules using the System’s drag-and-drop
functionality to place games at different open time slots
throughout the tournament.
18. Standings Settings
Designate the number of points teams are awarded following a win, tie or
loss. Set tie-breaker values in the event that multiple teams end with the
same amount of points.
19. Mobile Schedules
Schedules, results and standings can be shared on mobile devices and
TV displays. Set up one or more TVs around your tournament at
gathering points and display the latest results to tournament attendees.
Customize the feeds and show games from specific divisions or on
specific dates.
20. PhoneItIn™
The PhoneItIn™ mobile-formatted site guides a score reporter through
a quick 30 second process to report game scores.
Scores can also be reported via an 800-number or entered on the web!
Report tournament scores on-the-go
directly from your iPhone™ and Android®
mobile device.
21. Match Reports
Collect data including starters, goals, assists, substitutions, discipline,
and more as it gets logged into the Match Report.
22. Game Card & Rosters
Print rosters and match information directly from the
System to present to the referee at game time.
24. Player Profiles
Player Profiles act as resumes for college coaches to view - linking each
player with a specific tournament. Once the coach has selected a
tournament, they are able to filter players by gender, GPA, schools of
interest, graduation date, and more.
After narrowing down their search options, the coach can view the full profile
and save the player to their own “interested” list for follow-up.
25. Tournament Network
The Demosphere Tournament Network provides teams with a
comprehensive list of Demosphere-powered tournaments
currently accepting applications.
