Editor's Notes

  1. One of the major drivers of our business is word of mouth. Over 50% of our customers come from word of mouth. Word of mouth is t-shirts.
  2. I did actually try
  3. Say return on investment. When we first made out the decision to send out t-shirts I was very concerned with our return on investment. It was impossible. Then we realized that creating walking billboards wasn’t he point at all.

  5. Our goal is to actually delight people with the t-shirts.
  6. They are special. You can only get one from interacting with us. Stopping by, responding to a contest, asking for one directly.
  7. Add the human touch
  8. An ad they feel good about because it’s so SOFT and they love the BRAND. If this keeps Wistia top of mind they will make better recommendations to others
