Say return on investment. When we first made out the decision to send out t-shirts I was very concerned with our return on investment. It was impossible. Then we realized that creating walking billboards wasn’t he point at all.

Add the human touch
An ad they feel good about because it’s so SOFT and they love the BRAND. If this keeps Wistia top of mind they will make better recommendations to others
