C. David Baker has served as managing partner of invXtus, LLC. and President of Union Village LLC., the master planner and developer of Union Village in Henderson, Nevada. Union Village is a $1.5 billion project currently ranked as the largest active healthcare project in the United States and the first Integrated Health Village in the world.. The project has been estimated to generate as many as 17,000 direct and indirect permanent and construction jobs. On January 21, 2014, Union Village purchased 158 acres from the City of Henderson and immediately sold nearly 40 acres to Valley Health Services as its anchor hospital partner.
