3. The event was for 2-days December 9th and
10th.
Our sales and scheduling team worked with
LMG efficiently, providing all the service and
support needed by the client without any
delay.
When David Mims, Accounts manager contacted us with a requirement for Live Captioning for
a 5-hour long conference with 5000 participants on GitHub for Developer, Enterprise and Play,
we had less than 12 hours to put together the captioners and have our technical team in place.
How Our Team Managed The Very Short Notice:

4. Live Captioning Using Falcon- Encoder:
The client used Falcon as their choice for encoder software to help host their conference. After enlisting
us as the captioning agency, our captioners received the codes and used iCap to access the audio feed.
It took a few emails before we could acquire the exact codes for Falcon access and also explained how it
would work with iCap in the picture.
How We Used ICAP To Support Our Captioners:
We used iCap to support our captioners with
high-quality audio feed; with the help of iCap, the
captioners were able to receive higher audio clarity
and word accuracy. Our decision to use iCap’s
service helped us deliver accurate captioning
service for our clients.
