In his second year of service as Mayor of Gulfport, Mississippi, Brent Warr presented “Leadership, Infrastructure and the Urban Future.” at the third Annual Richard J. Daley Urban Forum, where he joined other mayors from Brazil, Jordan, Oklahoma, and Illinois. The presentation featured a discussion on the vision of a future global city and the role of leadership within it. In his first year serving as Mayor, Brent Warr was called to action when Hurricane Katrina hit just seven weeks after he took office.
