• Prepare and Distribute contracts for
next year’s returning students

submissions). Be sure to research rules
for electronic signatures.
• Gather student course requests for next

• Bring in new, incoming students with a

early if you rebuild your schedule of
classes every year)

If
1. If you use multiple databases plan to
spend time doing data clean up every year
2. If you use online forms for contracts or for
collecting important information, be sure to
understand rules regarding electronic
signatures
3. Always communicate with other database
power users before executing large
processes (i.e. scheduling scenarios, end
of year processing, etc.)
4. Talk to Blackbaud power users at other
schools
5. Use Blackbaud Support as often as you
need to
