The Mobile Transport Tray
             (MTT)
   A Steel platform on rollers that slides like a tray through the rear doors of an Ocean Container,
    trailer, or rail-box
   Standard units for Ocean come in 10’, 20’, or 40’ lengths to accommodate the internal
    dimensions of Ocean Containers perfectly.
   Standard units for US domestic trucking or rail come in 17’, 26.5’. or 53’
   Customized units available to suit more complex cargo

The Mobile Transport Tray
             (MTT) continued
   MTT’s can come with side uprights to act as a wall as well as end bulk-heads
   Empty units multi-stack and allow for easy low cost positioning and return haul 13, 15, or 20:1
    depending on the profile.

Rail is the future and an
          alternative to Flat-bed costs
   Fuel surcharges have fluctuated between 12-52% over the past 5 years for OTR
    flat-bed trucking (2012) giving the shipper no confidence or control over their
    agreed contract pricing
   Cargo is exposed to the elements
   Flat-bed is riskier more expensive transport
   Rail is more environmentally friendly
   Flat-bed equipment is more scarce
   For long-haul traffic, very little transit (if any) is sacrificed on the rail. LAX to
    ORD via truck is 4-5 days, rail is also 4-5 days.

Cartonized products, the issues faced
     with conventional methods
   All containers need to be dropped or driver
    waiting time paid
   Reduced free-time at the rail road together with
    vast unloading time results in hefty per-diem
    charges
   3-20 man hours to unload floor loaded
    containers
   All cartons need to be transferred to wooden
    pallets at unload facility
   All pallets then need to be moved to storing
    area.
   Fork-lifts running back and forth all day
   Do we really save $1000 in freight by doing it
    this way? This is what it costs on average per
    container (only 20% of containers have cartons
    loaded right to the roof)

    pallet costs and time to manipulate cargo
   Pull the load to your racking & storing area
    – No more back and forth with the fork-lifts
   You will have access to all 4 sides of your
    loaded MTT within your facility and if need,
    you will trans-load the cartons to wooden
    pallets in half the time. WE HAVE SEEN IT!!
   Yes, you may lose some load factor but
    some need to give a little to get a lot.
    (however, 80% of containers are not
    effected by our low profile MTT).

   Here we have a client loading a
    14,000 kilo Briquette machine into a
    20’ container via a 20‘MTT™
   Client saved $1200 in transport
    costs moving to a dry van container
    verses an open top
   The client saved another $3000 in
    crating expenses. There was no
    need to crate with usage of the
    MTTs self contained load binders.
    The freight arrived in Africa without
    any issues

Rail is the future and an alternative to Flat-bed costs  Fuel surcharges have fluctuated between 12-52% over the past 5 years for OTR flat-bed trucking (2012) giving the shipper no confidence or control over their agreed contract pricing  Cargo is exposed to the elements  Flat-bed is riskier more expensive transport  Rail is more environmentally friendly  Flat-bed equipment is more scarce  For long-haul traffic, very little transit (if any) is sacrificed on the rail.
