boosts efficiency multiple-fold by capturing all ongoing processes and helps in
co-ordination of process between teams irrespective of geographical location. This
system aids in not only providing a detailed archive for all the executed work, but also
does its part in contributing to the green cause by reducing amount of paper used.
To ensure all the process implemented functions smoothly, Audits are conducted for
process, internal and external customer satisfaction (Internal C-Sat and External CSat Surveys) to validate the effectiveness and improve on the process whenever there
is scope.
