bChannels is a specialist in the development and optimization of routes to market and
channel engagement process for global technology companies. Our team of
consultants work with channel leaders in the world’s largest technology businesses to
develop effective channel strategy and process. We have people based in North
America, Europe and Asia.

Avaya and Motorola), Hardware (with Samsung, HP, Seagate and Lenovo) and
Software (with Symantec, VMware and SAP). Intel is our largest client.
Why Audit a Partner?
Many channel programs require that partners meet service
delivery standards. Be that around technical support,
customer demonstration capabilities or delivery of training
in an appropriate classroom environment. In many cases
there is no alternative to sending a specialist on site
auditor to do this verification face to face.
Network of Skilled Auditors
At bChannels we retain a network of skilled partner audit
specialists who can make face to face visits across Europe
and North America. These people have the right
combination of people skills and technical awareness to
deliver a quality experience for the partner and to
represent our client as they would wish.
Our Work for Microsoft Worldwide
bChannels has been working with Microsoft worldwide for more than seven years
carrying out audits of Microsoft specialist training providers.
During our visits we validate:
 Use of approved Microsoft training content
 Keeping of customer satisfaction records
 Up to date classroom and PC equipment
 Valid training certificates for trainers
All these factors contribute to the customer’s Microsoft experience delivered by the
partner, so high standards are set and are expected to be met.
Our team is trained to carry out the audit visit to exacting standards and we have
learnt to handle objections in many cultural environments! Recent audits have been
conducted in North America, Turkey and Russia.
