A communication disorders student who is currently in her junior year at Alabama’s Auburn University, Anna Joubert has a long history of community involvement and extracurricular leadership. Anna Joubert continues to volunteer her time with various worthwhile causes during her seasonal breaks from Auburn. In the summer of 2011, Ms. Joubert traveled to Africa to undertake charitable work with Zambian children who have lost their parents to AIDS. In 2012, she served as an intern with Auburn, Alabama’s Church of the Highlands and instructed second grade students as part of a low-income reading program at Mary Branch Elementary School in Bryan, Texas.
