Sell My House Case
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Kansas City, MO) According to the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, homes in the
Kansas City Area sat on the market an average of 61 days before selling, and closed sales increased
by 13.4 percent for new homes, but only 3.6 percent for existing ones. For this reason, individuals
looking to sell a home quickly may find they are unable to do so. Sell My House Quick KC
(https://www.sellmyhousequickkc.org/) offers a solution for those who find themselves in this
situation.
"We understand that a one–size–fits–all approach doesn't work when it comes to buying or selling a
house. Many individuals offering to buy a home quickly for cash do so simply because they aren't
licensed and aren't familiar with other ways to eliminate the burden of a troublesome property in a
way that all parties benefit," Zac Morton, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This means existing homes will be more in demand, allowing homeowners more options when they
do choose to. Unfortunately, the percentage of the original list price received dropped to 95.6
percent, meaning owners are getting slightly less than what they hoped for when the property was
put on the market.
Numerous factors need to be considered when a person wishes to sell a home. Those who choose to
work with a company that strictly buys homes for cash will find that many of these factors are
overlooked. This often is a result of the parties involved being unlicensed brokers.
"This isn't a concern with Sell My House Quick KC (https://www.sellmyhousequickkc.org/), as we
are a team of licensed real estate agents.u We consider all options with each client who contacts us,
as homeowners deserve nothing less than the best. We want those who make use of us to come back
in the future for their real estate needs, and we enter each transaction with that goal in mind,"

5 Reasons Why Kids Should Do Chores
"Helping out at home raises self–esteem when parents insist that kids do their chores, they are
letting them know they are not just loved, they are needed" claims Wendy Mogel about chores.
Many parents deal with conflicts where they think that their kids don't work hard enough and don't
care much about their grades or not taking things seriously. Regrettably, they don't realize that it's
because they aren't giving chores to their children. These chores may seem very small but help kids
learn how to deal with problems in the future with the real–life experiences they faced in the past
while doing chores. Chores can benefit kids in many different ways with perseverance, taking
responsibilities (5 Reasons Why Kids Should Do Chores), and they'll get better at teamwork (The
Benefits of Chores). However, it is also important to keep in mind what a child is capable at a
certain age.
It's very remarkable to not be a quitter. Having perseverance helps you to find success in things. But
it's very hard to get into the habit of it. Therefore, many people struggle with not having
perseverance. Even parents get very worried about their children not working hard or their kids quit
more often. The solution to this problem is assigning chores (5 Reasons Kids should do chores).
Assigning chores help because chores may seem easy, but they are very tiring and hard. This could
make kids frustrated, but if you push them harder and make them figure out how to accomplish their
work successfully by

The Benefitions Of Hard Work In My Life
As a young child, my Mother always would tell me; "If you want something work hard for it. It's
that simple." That saying was constantly being stated around the house when my brother or I would
want to achieve a certain goal in school, sports or anything. This saying has transformed me over the
years into the hard worker that I am to this day. Throughout my life coaches, family, and teachers
regularly told me to work hard and give 100% effort no matter what and I will succeed. The
characteristic of hard working and constantly giving outstanding effort describes me as a person
immensely because I consistently strive to achieve my goals. Ever since the age of ten, my Mother
told me do chores if I wanted extra money in order to buy anything my little ten year old heart
desired. She composed a chore list and pinned it to the fridge for me to earn a little money, but only
if I did the task the best I could. Although somehow my Mother can always tell when my brother or
I aren't giving our full potential. How? I am still unsure to this day, but we never wanted the
repercussions that came if one of us got caught slacking. Despite giving 100% effort and completing
the chores the best I could for money seemed great, I happened to have what seemed to be a mile–
long chore list. Overtime out of all my chores, I realized that my main income from ages ten to
fourteen involved scooping up the dog poop in our backyard for a dollar per pile. Despite the gross
appeal, picked up the dog's poop happened to become a steady income rapidly. Everyday after
school I made sure the yard was spotless so I could earn my money. As years went on, I stopped
getting paid to do household chores and they quickly became an expectation since I live there. With
no longer getting paid to do chores I would soon have to get a job. Eventually I got a job, it was this
past summer, I helped bail hay for my uncle and helping out on his farm when needed. I made sure I
was constantly giving a 100% effort to get that job done because that's what my Mother taught me to
do. Since I was consistently hard working, he knew he could rely on me. Although a household
chore and a real job may seem different, I feel that I should work hard on any chore or job no

Home Stageing Essay
When it comes to selling your house, first appearances count for everything. If you want your house
to sell, it's up to you to do everything you can to show off your home's best assets.
This is according to Carel Ferriera from Electricians Johannesburg, who says that's where home
staging comes in. He says you could hire professional home stagers, but they are often costly.
Ferriera shares how you can do a little home staging of your own.
1. Clear the clutter
A good first step in home staging is some clutter busting, as clutter is unattractive and makes your
home look smaller.
Gather all the items you don't need and sell them, trash them or give them away – whatever it takes
to make your home look clear and uncluttered. Don't stop at ... Show more content on

5. Clean top to toe
A dirty, smelly or unkempt home won't attract buyers. Before you show your house to a single
buyer, make sure you have cleaned and scrubbed every room.
Every surface should be clean and dust–free, your bathroom and kitchen should be gleaming, and
your floors should be spotless.
Don't forget to get rid of litter boxes too, as they can make a house smell bad.
6. Don't forget the outside
The exterior of your home is the first thing a buyer will see, so it should make a good impression.
Your garden should be neat and pretty, and free of any rubbish.
It's worth using a pressure washer or even hiring a tradesman to give the outside of your home a
thorough clean, and while you're at it, now would be a good time to fix that leaky gutter.
Finally, give your front door a fresh lick of paint and make sure your house number is clearly
visible.
7. Add some accessories
A few accessories can add just the right amount of warmth and personality to your home without
overwhelming it. For example, try a small group of pot plants, some attractive wall art, or one or
two eye–catching pieces such as a beautiful vase or a bowl of fresh fruit. The right accessories will
help your home look like an inviting place to live.
8. Get Baking
There's something about the smell of freshly baked bread or cookies that just makes someone feel at
home, so think about doing some baking on viewing day.
If you don't have time to bake, boil

Home Staging Cost
Is Home Staging Worth the Cost?
If you are interested in selling your house you may have heard the advice that you should hire a
home stager. When you are trying to sell your house and make money the last thing you probably
want to do is spend more money on it. So, is it really worth paying to have your home staged?
What is Staging?
Home staging is arranging and decorating your rooms in a way that makes them appeal the most to
potential buyers. It can be as simple as moving around your furniture to create better traffic flow, to
bringing in extra decorations and extras to help show the buyer what type of lifestyle they could
enjoy at the house.
What's it Going to Cost You?
There is a wide range of pricing that you can spend on home staging. ... Show more content on
Helpwriting.net ...
Studies have found that staged houses sell for 20% more money and 88% faster than other homes.
This means the money you spend on staging can payoff in the speed and sales price of your real
estate transaction. How Can You Spend Less on Staging?
The price starts to add up if you are staging your entire house, but often times this isn't necessary to
entice a buyer to place an offer. You can try cutting your staging budget in half by focusing on the
key rooms in the house. These are the rooms where homeowners spend the majority of their time:
kitchen, living room and master bedroom. You want to use these rooms to paint a picture for the
buyer of the life they could be living.
If you are unable to afford the full services of a home stager, you could also find a stager that has a
reasonable price on consultations. Many home stagers will perform a consultation where they will
walk through your house with you and make recommendations about what changes you can make to
help your house show better. Once they leave, it will be up to you to make the

Disadvantages Of Dehumidifier
Today, we are living an aura where the quality of air is excessively low due to pollution and other
human–made causes. Even in homes, the surroundings are also not appreciable. It is hard to change
the atmosphere for outside, but people can make it better in their homes by using a high–quality
dehumidifier. It is an appliance that significantly decrease the excess level of moisture or humidity
in a room and make it better. There are different types of dehumidifiers in the market, so you can
make the selection accordingly. A small–sized dehumidifier is used to maintain the humidity level of
a single room, while a whole home dehumidifier regulates the amount of humidity in the air of an
entire building.

There are several models that offer automatic shut–off facility when the collection tank is full. This
additional feature helps the dehumidifier to prevent water overflow.
Tips to Keep in Mind While Buying a Dehumidifier:
Presently there are number of companies that offer a high–quality and top–rated dehumidifiers'
range. Every company has its ins and outs. Therefore, it is quite difficult to pick the one that is
reliable and good in performance. To reduce your headache, here are some useful tips to get the best
dehumidifier.
Brand: In the market, you will find numerous well–known brands. However, it is true that not every
company offers a great value of your money. So, it is suggested to give priority to the performance
and not to the brand. Household dehumidifiers are an example of simple electrical mechanism.
There are no complicated technologies involved. This is the reason why you can buy a low cost as

Buying a New Home
This paper will address what to consider when buying a new home and what affects like marginal
benefit, marginal cost, strength of the economy, domestic economy, and international trade, can have
on situations and the conditions when making a decision to purchase a home. The principles of
economics can directly relate to the purchase of a house, because you must consider all the possible
affects your decision might have and the principles do a great job at helping you be more analytical
with your decision and your reasoning to buy. When you consider marginal benefit to a home
purchase you will be considering the benefit as a consumer you will have over the housing market

This value of U.S. currency does affect company profits, their budgeting, as well as manufacturing
costs. There are ramifications from a decrease in value of the dollar, examples are; capital
investment, multiple plant openings and closings. Because many companies over time have
outsourced work to foreign companies because the cost to employ people is cheaper, but the dollar
has decrease in value which is returning the factories or call centers back to the U.S. International
trade is very important to our domestic economy as it does decrease the value and power of the
dollar, which will then change our ability to afford things at a respectable price. This is the reason
for consideration when purchasing a home; these factors are necessary to your dream of owning a
home. But when these factors are what they are right now, you can see why many might find a
purchase like a home is out of reach with the decreased value of the dollar and a struggling
economy. If Americans can start doing things a little different, like consuming less and finding ways
to innovate new ideas and more efficient ways to do more, we can then find a solution to these
failures in our economy.
For me at this time in life I see buying a home a good thing and a decision I am ready to commit too.
My reasoning is the location of where I am going to buy. Markets around the nation are very
different in comparison. I plan on

Essay On Gender Equality
Which role would you prefer to have in a marriage? Would you rather have the stereotypical role of
a male or female? Or would you rather contribute both roles equally? Gender plays a significant role
in today's society. Compared to fifty years ago, we have come a long way in gender equality. Yet
some are still faced with the difficulties of differentiating between what a women's role in a
marriage should be and a man's role. When you really think about it, what should be the gender roles
for men and women in a marriage? Some examples of deciding which person takes on what role in a
marriage are household chores, financial decisions, and raising children.
In our generation today, Women most of the time are stereotyped into being known as the ones to
stay home, cook, and clean while the men are at their jobs earning money. However, gender roles in
society are always changing. Traditional views of men and women have changed over the years.
Gender equality is equal rights between both men and women in a society and It should be
implemented or carried out in a marriage regardless of the sex. Judy Brady from "I Want a Wife" is a
women's rights advocate who is a cofounder of the "Toxic Links Coalition", and a volunteer at the
"Women's Cancer Resource Center". Brady admits to belonging to the general stereotype of "I am A
wife" (Brady1). Brady states,

TV: Where Men Work And Women Clean
The idea of what a women's responsibilities around the house are have evolved tremendously in the
past 60 years. In this modern era, women are no longer expected to spend their time at home
cooking or taking care of their children. It is amazing to see how much society has changed since.
However, cleaning somehow has been where the line was drawn. Multiple studies show that women
do most of the housekeeping around the home in modern day despite the other changes happening
toward equality. In Sorata Chemaly's "TV: Where Men Work and Women Clean," the author
successfully conveyed to the audience through an effective appeal to logos, and pathos that the
media has distorted the idea of the way a woman's life in relation to working and staying home. ...

consumers do not always notice. She points out the obvious gap between men and women who work

feeds to stereotypical ideologies. Instead of promoting young girls to have ambition, the media is
teaching them that men are the ones who work and have successful occupations while women are
unemployed or struggling. Of course, all these commercials, films, and TV shows who could be
potentially harming children by subconsciously advocating sexist views are made by men. The

Personal Statement : Homework Taught Me
When I was young, I had my own agenda and things I thought were most important in my life. I had
everything in order and I knew exactly what I wanted to do and when to do it. I did, however, have
my daily chores. I had smaller chores like cleaning my room or helping put dishes in the sink
starting around six years old. As I got older my chore list became longer which included washing
dishes, sweeping the floor, feeding our dogs, and general cleaning. I had four siblings in my
household so they were all divided among us. At the time, I did not know how much I was learning
from these duties. The many lessons chores taught me was not necessarily obvious to me until I
became an adult and was living on my own. If you were to ask most children or teenagers how
doing chores and other household work would benefit them they would probably not believe there
was any advantage for their future. As a teenager they may need more motivation or discipline in
order to get them to even attempt their duties.
As I came into adulthood, I found that one of the biggest benefits I gained was my inward drive to
see any project I start to the end; whether it be school work, career, or family. In my later teenage
years, I wanted to get a job as soon as I was legally able. Even though it was a part time job at the
local grocery store, I ensured that I was always on time and performed my duties above standard.
My parents played a large part in teaching me to be dedicated, managing my time and taking

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Living With Family
Living alone or living with family has its advantages and disadvantages which include the amount
of responsibilities, freedom and financial stability a person has.The majority of young adults for
years dream about the day they finally get to move out of their parents home and start living
independently. Suddenly when it's time to move out and live on their own it becomes overwhelming.
Most teenagers think they are ready to take on the responsibility of living independently but when
reality sets in, they realize that providing for themselves is surprisingly more difficult than living
with their family.
When living with parents a good portion of responsibility a young adult is given are tasks to get
them prepared for early adulthood. This means sharing responsibilities that contribute to the house
such as chores. For example, today they're responsible for washing the dishes, the next day cleaning
the living room and the bathroom. A disadvantage of living with parents would be the amount of
freedom that is given. For example, in most households, there is a set curfew time to be home by,
and the consequences of arriving late past the curfew time would be getting grounded, no internet
for two days, or getting that favorite play system taken away. There is no talking on the phone past
certain hours, not being allowed to go to that concert that's been on their to–do list because mom and
dad would rather have them stay home. Although their freedom is limited, for the most part,

Student Motivation
Teachers should show that they care about their students by being kind, showing compassion and
asking about students' life's outside of the classroom setting. I agree with Lavoie when he discusses
how teachers should ask questions about student's personal life's because this way students can feel
like they have a special connection with their teacher. Out of all of these motivational approaches, I
feel like I am a student who is motivated by people. For example, when an adult figure in my life,
like my parents for instance compliment me on my achievements, I feel way better about myself and
I feel accomplished for making them proud. The six motivational approaches Lavoie describes help
motivate all different types of students. Part two of The Motivational Breakthrough focuses on the
role that parents have in student motivation. Students need their parents support and strength in
order to succeed academically, but sometimes parents may feel unwelcomed in their child's school,
which hinders the child's education. Lavoie discusses how parents should know that they a right to
be involved in their children's education. Parents should not be afraid to ask questions about how
their child is doing in school and they should feel encouraged to have meetings with their child's
teachers. Communication between parents and teachers can help motivate the child because they can
come together to figure out what motivates the child the best. The teachers also have a huge role in

Why Women Have For Do Housework?
Why Women Have to do the Housework?
"Ngan, have you finished washing the dishes?" "Where are my socks?" "Have you not ironed my t–

does not have to do chores as much as I do. . I spend eight hours at work then come home to cook
and clean. Although the second shift is familiar, the reasons that result in this issue is still what I am
trying to discover.
Firstly, there are stereotypes associated with each gender; both of which differs in various
characteristics and personality traits. In her article, Tamra Cohen points out the initial characteristic
of women is caring. Taking care of children is more appropriate than male due to this quality. ...

This also causes a concern all the housework claims on women because women are gifted at looking
after. This explains why women always feel insecure, they try to protect and indulge while father
tends to hard their children.
On the other hand, the second trend appeared in the nineteenth century. The difference between male
and female constitution forms all the housework is women jobs. According to Family.org, since the
nineteenth century, men who are stronger performance their works in workshop while women who
are gentler plays an important role at home. As men began to specialize in paid work, housework
became increasingly linked to women. In the early nineteenth century, the ideology of separate
spheres, associating men with the (public) workplace and women with the (private) home, became
popular. According to this ideology, the home was viewed as pure, serene, and secure, as opposed to
the impure, unsympathetic, and uncertain work world. Women, perceived as pious, virtuous, and
submissive, became the rightful guardians of the domestic haven, even as their role in productive
labor declined. Although more fantasy than reality, particularly in poor and working–class families,
the "cult of true womanhood" linked women 's "nature" with the performance of family work.
Therefore, a more accurate conclusion is that as the Industrial Revolution rules all the companies,
people separate from home

Descriptive Essay : Your Family Photos Down From The Walls...
Your home reflects your identity and your taste –– but it may not feel like home to a prospective
buyer. Simplify your home décor to appeal to a wide variety of tastes when preparing to sell your
house. 1. Take your family photos down from the walls. They are undoubtedly beautiful, but you
want buyers to imagine their own family portraits hanging there. 2. If you are repainting for a fresh,
clean effect, choose a light color. To make the room seem even brighter, paint the ceiling a lighter
color than the walls. 3. Use lighting to make the proportions of the room look their best. If a room is
too wide, brighter lighting at the narrow ends will widen it visually. If, on the other hand, the room
is too narrow, having brighter lights on the wide sides will bring it into balance. 4. If some rooms
seem a bit dark, place spotlights on the floor behind the furniture. The extra light will brighten the
room without adding a conspicuous number of lamps. 5. If your window treatments are outdated or
shabby, replace them with simple mini–blinds. 6. Take some of your furniture out of each room. You
want your rooms to look as large and airy to welcome their new owners. Having less furniture in
sight will create this feeling. Don 't leave the house empty, though, even if you 've already moved, as
it usually is more difficult to sell a completely empty house. Most buyers find it difficult to imagine

Marketing And Buying A Home
Selling your own in today's real estate market still requires research, planning and time even with
technology. The process is can be overwhelming if you've decided to go it alone with the assistance
of Modesto realtors. As a FSBO, you may now have access to the marketing and buyers information
which can create delays in listing and selling your home. If this is your first experience, your own
resources may be limited to getting the house on the market, priced correctly to attract buyers and
finally completing all the paperwork for the closing transaction.
Depending on how well you understand the process, you may want to consider the seller program
services Modesto realtors in the local area offer. Selling a home is complicated and the ... Show

Evaluating listings and sold prices, assessing why homes sold for less than expected and more
important learning more about the potential buyers interested in buying your home.
Modesto realtors understand the market and they know how to present your property for sale to the
potential buyer. They are in a better position with access to qualified buyers, market data and insider
information that rarely is reported in the property comps.
3. Can you sell like Modesto realtors?
Selling a home happens in multiple steps and each phase needs to complete the process before
moving on to the next. As FSBO, you have to compile the findings of the market, preform an
assessment of your home according the market's profile before you can even list the home. Granted
it may only take a few days to do the first few steps by hiring a lawyer. The next steps for marketing,
staging and showing the home will need to be executed smoothly for the sale to close completely on
schedule.
Modesto realtors are one step ahead of you and they are your competition. They are well–informed
on the existing real estate market and know what's happening in your neighborhood to prevent any
mishaps that may affect deals currently in process. Sometimes the changes are simple to fix and
other times they can halt the sale sending the buyer to purchase another home on the market.

Essay on Stand Here Ironing by Tilie Olsen
Wake up, go to school, come home, eat, do homework, sleep. Wake up, go to school, come home,
eat, do homework, sleep. Wake up, go to school, come home, eat, do homework, sleep. This is the
life of a teenager. They do the same things over and over again barley having enough time to interact
with their family and friends. This schedule alters slightly as one gets older, but for the most part
everything stays the same. Each day a repeat of the day before. In the short story "I Stand Here
Ironing" by Tillie Olsen, the narrator begins with a the simple task of ironing and all throughout the
story she continues to iron. For the narrator every day is the same. A day filled with chores and work
and more chores and no time to spend loving her ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She spent all her time doing household chores and creating a barrier between herself and her
daughter. Through introspection she realizes that she needs to spend more time with her daughter
hugging and showing her love, but she is too late. The point of view in every work of literature can
be different. An author uses the point of view to stress one aspect of a story or a novel to make it
more meaningful. The point of view in this short story is crucial in understanding the phycological
standpoint of the main character. The author's decision to make this story in first person allows for
the reader to really get inside the character's head. If the story was not written in first person then it
would be much harder for the reader to understand the true feelings of the character. For instance,
the regret the narrator felt for the way she raised Emily would not be as evident and sincere if the
author just wrote, 'The mother really felt bad for the way she raised Emily.' Another significant
purpose of writing this story in first person is because it allows the narrator to express her own
thoughts and feelings. In order to fully grasp the narrator's mindset it is necessary to hear the story
from her point of view. One very important aspect of a psychological story is introspection. The
character looks into their actions and thoughts and grows through their thoughts. It would be very
difficult to see and understand the introspection of

When The Housing Market Collapse
When the housing market collapse occurred I was much younger and not fully aware or advised of
how serious the situation really was. Several of my family members owned homes then, but looking
back now they sheltered their children from the situation completely. I realized still to this day I do
not know how or what they were doing to get through the market collapse but I realize my situation
could have been much worse. Now years later I am faced with the decision to buy a home someday
like many in my generation and those looking to buy property again. But just like a growing society
its citizens must learn from previous mistakes made in order to avoid the same outcomes and
flourish.
Here are just some of the lessons we must learn from:
First you must do your own research. If you are seriously looking for a home look into everything
you can think of and then research some more. If you have a partner then you will be able to expand
your research with two different points of views and get more results. Don't depend on Wall Street
and their outlooks for the future because in reality it is a game of chances. Just because someone
says jump off a bridge into shallow water because you won't drown would you do it? The people on
Wall Street and those in charge (unless psychic) can't predict the future.
Another lesson learned: Mortgage debt is real debt and must be paid eventually. A lot of home
owners would refinance their homes for extra cash but you can't do that forever.

British Culture
Brity British culture has its distinct and unique aspects reflected to long history and traditions in its
own. When you observe carefully, you realise that you find a large amount of successful females at
workplaces. You see quite a lot of women that have full–time work positions regardless of their
ages. It is unusual for people from another cultures to see women taking roles in society. Perhaps
due to their religious backgrounds which do not see women outside of the house favourably or
simply difference in cultures in which women usually stay at home and taking charge of household
chores. It is, however, found to be quite different in UK. It could be because its historical fact that
the one who is ruling over the country, the Queen, is ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
A recent article supports the idea why men are not suitable for domestic chores even though they are
willing to be participated in one. According to a survey that was conducted to 2,000 randomly
picked women, women spend average of three hours to re–do what men has done due to low quality
job presented. (Carlson, 2012) It could be explained due to traditional aspects that women are
usually doing household chores whilst men are out there to make money to support the family.
However, the modern British society does not allow it. Women are more socially active and when
they are a part of work forces, it is not always easy for them to focus on work and domestic chores
at the same time. One interesting fact in this article states that women think men are usually
incompetent in what they do when it comes to household chores and women often think that they
could do better. (Carlson, 2012) Considering household jobs are not usually complicated and does
not require special set of skills that can only be acquired under supervisions of professionals, it is
just viewed as women pursuing for perfection in what they do and men do not realise how crucial
proper help from them.
After all, even though men are willing to share household duties with women, on women's side, it is
not necessarily helpful for them and it comes back to the original point where women have enough
time to grow their children, do household chores, go to work and be socially active

Women Are The Ones Who Handle Household Chores
Always women are the ones who handle the household chores
Household chores like doing the laundry, cleaning the utensils, taking care of children and making
food is always done by women. If both, husband and wife are working, it is always the woman
doing the domestic work. But this is not always true. This is in fact a gender stereotype which has
existed since many years. Maybe not all men or fathers do household chores, but many do.
According to Catherine Rampell, a writer for The New York Times newspaper, on an average day,
66.6% men and 85% women report doing some sort of household activity.
Almost everybody believe in this stereotype. Even if a man is sharing household work with his
spouse or any other female in the house, his image is presented as if he does nothing. Even if he is
contributing little, he is at least doing something, and something is definitely better than nothing. No
man's conscious would allow him to see his wife or any female in the house do all the work in the
house alone. Even if a man is going out for groceries, it is not considered a household work by the
female, just because he did not contribute to do the work in the house. Women tend to see the results
instead of the work done to get those particular results. If men are doing the dishes, it is considered
nothing because they are just rinsing them and putting them in the dish washer, which is an easy job.
But it takes time to do it. Men are using up their time, in which they relax, to do the

The Situation Analysis Is A Systematic Collection And...
The situation analysis is a systematic collection and evaluation of past and present economical,
political, social, and technological data (Business Dictionary). This information is directed at the
identification of internal and external forces that may influence the organization's performance and
choice of strategies. Also, this analysis is an assessment of the organization's current and future
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
General Environment The component of business external environments, the general environment
represents the forces that exist outside of the company that have the potential to indirectly affect it in
some way. Although businesses cannot control what takes place within the general environment,
evaluations of the general environment can allow businesses the opportunity to predict changes and
also to identify future opportunities. The dimensions are grouped into seven environmental
segments: demographics, economics, political/legal, sociocultural, technological, global, and
physical (Hitt, Ireland, & Hoskisson, 2015). Demographic Trend The demographic segment is
concerned with a population's size, age structure, geographic, distribution, ethnic mix, and income
distribution. Demographic segments are commonly analyzed on a global basis because of their
potential effects across countries' borders and because many firms compete in global markets (Hitt,
et al., 2015). This segment reflects that the baby boomers could offer more

The results show that Realtor.com was the most often used site. This is likely contributed to the fact
that this is the site that most realtors use and it gives the consumer all information that a realtor
would be able to obtain. All in all we have conducted the research on real estate. We have discussed
the median cost a homer buyer is looking for is $212,000. There were surveys conducted half the

A Personal Relationship Can Be A Roller Coaster Ride
A personal relationship can be a roller coaster ride. There are many choices to choose to solve a
conflict. According to Jack Gibb, there are kinds of behavior contribute to defensiveness and the
opposition.
One of Gibb's categories of defensive and supporting behavior is controlled versus problems
orientation. Control can affect relationships. One of the best examples is my relationship with my
eldest sister. My eldest sister is the breadwinner of my family. She is a second mother. However, she
is still my sister. Sometimes, she is controlling. For example, I am doing homework after I worked.
She will command "Finish your homework for an hour only and clean the restroom! I will take a
shower after an hour and a half!" with her eyes open, tight–lipped and pouted lips. The way she
communicated seems to be striking a solution for her needs with less regard to my needs rather than
finding a solution that satisfies our needs. Hence, we fight and argue most of the time. On the other
hand, my mother would command calmly "we need to do our household chores on Saturdays and
Sundays when everyone is not busy and tired." My mother created a schedule that will wash dishes
every night. My mother focused on finding solutions that will satisfy everyone's need. Therefore,
my mother will not hear any complaints and arguments around the house.
As I described my relationship with my eldest sister, I understand where she comes from. Her
motive is to be tidy as possible. I have big relatives

Common Myths About Home Staging
If you are selling your home, staging is one of the best ways to sell faster; at a good price. Home
staging is getting your home for sale in the competitive real estate market. The end result of staging
makes the home appealing to the most number of prospective buyers. In turn, when many
prospective buyers are attracted to your home it sells faster and at a better price for the you. Still,
there are folks who have lived in their home for 25 years without making a single improvement.
Their taste, or lack thereof is ingrained in their home. For them the staging process appears
insurmountable and they simply don't want the hassle. If this describes you, imagine how a

Summary Of 'Cleaning : The Final Feminist Frontier'
Before, women were considered housewives who were in charge of taking care of children and
cleaning the house while their husbands worked jobs to sustain their families. As years passed, many
things have changed throughout society, including the responsibilities of both men and women.
Today, women work and provide for their own family as much as men do. Throughout the years,
many roles have changed, but one issue remains which is that most men do not consider house
cleaning as a mandatory task. Gross believes that men lack the emotional and physical drive to do a
"woman's job". Although today more men are contributing to their home chores, there are still many
men who leave this to their wives or any woman in general. Men cook and watch for their children,
but they do not bother with house cleaning. Most men feel like a clean house is not needed to have a
healthy, safe environment for the family, which Gross does not agree with.
Notably, women being more of the "Clean Freaks" than men when it comes to homes is a much
more serious problem in the article, "Cleaning: The Final Feminist Frontier," written by Jessica
Gross. Gross gives an effective argument using emotion, logic, and humor that captures the reader's
attention. Gross lightens up the article when using humor while also permitting Gross to seize the
audience's attention. She allows the readers to relate her feelings to theirs by adding emotions from
her personal experiences. Gross then adds logic, such as facts and

It 's Not A Big Deal
People ask, "How do you do that?" Even though I know exactly what they mean, I say, "How do I
do what?" I do this because I like pretending it 's not a big deal, which is totally not true. Oh, wait a
second, you are possibly lost, so let me explain. I live exactly 6029 miles away from where I call
home. It's been more than a year since I last saw my family. People think I handle my homesickness
pretty good; otherwise, I would have gone back by now. However, I wouldn't say that I got over
homesickness because there is no such thing as that.
Anyway, what is homesickness? Realizing there is no one to take care of you when you get sick?

Furthermore, if you are living abroad, try to find nation based communities. This is very helpful
because if the language is a problem for you, there will people who speak your native language in
the community. Remember people from the community probably passed through the same process
you are passing right now. They would have had the same questions you have right now, so don't
hesitate to ask for help. You will see, they will be willing to help. Moreover, you can join a religious
community such as churches, mosques, and synagogues. These faith–based communities have
occasional gatherings where you can meet with other community members and become a part of
something important for you. Other communities that are based on specific activities as biking,
hiking or dancing are also great opportunities for abroad–living people to surround themselves with
people who share same interests with them and spend good time together.
Secondly, exploring your new place is another way to lessen homesickness. When you first move,
you might feel like the outsider which causes homesickness to increase; therefore, stop being a

The Rent Room: A Fictional Narrative
For some unknown reason, Jason felt like he'd just bought a bad car and the salesman couldn't wait

"Let me ask you one thing. Why is this house being rented for such a low price?" "We want to keep

"But, this is a great house. I love it" Jason replied. "It seems like there would be a line of people just

Sell My House Case

  • 1. Sell My House Case FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Kansas City, MO) According to the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, homes in the Kansas City Area sat on the market an average of 61 days before selling, and closed sales increased by 13.4 percent for new homes, but only 3.6 percent for existing ones. For this reason, individuals looking to sell a home quickly may find they are unable to do so. Sell My House Quick KC (https://www.sellmyhousequickkc.org/) offers a solution for those who find themselves in this situation. "We understand that a one–size–fits–all approach doesn't work when it comes to buying or selling a house. Many individuals offering to buy a home quickly for cash do so simply because they aren't licensed and aren't familiar with other ways to eliminate the burden of a troublesome property in a way that all parties benefit," Zac Morton, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This means existing homes will be more in demand, allowing homeowners more options when they do choose to. Unfortunately, the percentage of the original list price received dropped to 95.6 percent, meaning owners are getting slightly less than what they hoped for when the property was put on the market. Numerous factors need to be considered when a person wishes to sell a home. Those who choose to work with a company that strictly buys homes for cash will find that many of these factors are overlooked. This often is a result of the parties involved being unlicensed brokers. "This isn't a concern with Sell My House Quick KC (https://www.sellmyhousequickkc.org/), as we are a team of licensed real estate agents.u We consider all options with each client who contacts us, as homeowners deserve nothing less than the best. We want those who make use of us to come back in the future for their real estate needs, and we enter each transaction with that goal in mind," Morton ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 5. 5 Reasons Why Kids Should Do Chores "Helping out at home raises self–esteem when parents insist that kids do their chores, they are letting them know they are not just loved, they are needed" claims Wendy Mogel about chores. Many parents deal with conflicts where they think that their kids don't work hard enough and don't care much about their grades or not taking things seriously. Regrettably, they don't realize that it's because they aren't giving chores to their children. These chores may seem very small but help kids learn how to deal with problems in the future with the real–life experiences they faced in the past while doing chores. Chores can benefit kids in many different ways with perseverance, taking responsibilities (5 Reasons Why Kids Should Do Chores), and they'll get better at teamwork (The Benefits of Chores). However, it is also important to keep in mind what a child is capable at a certain age. It's very remarkable to not be a quitter. Having perseverance helps you to find success in things. But it's very hard to get into the habit of it. Therefore, many people struggle with not having perseverance. Even parents get very worried about their children not working hard or their kids quit more often. The solution to this problem is assigning chores (5 Reasons Kids should do chores). Assigning chores help because chores may seem easy, but they are very tiring and hard. This could make kids frustrated, but if you push them harder and make them figure out how to accomplish their work successfully by ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 9. The Benefitions Of Hard Work In My Life As a young child, my Mother always would tell me; "If you want something work hard for it. It's that simple." That saying was constantly being stated around the house when my brother or I would want to achieve a certain goal in school, sports or anything. This saying has transformed me over the years into the hard worker that I am to this day. Throughout my life coaches, family, and teachers regularly told me to work hard and give 100% effort no matter what and I will succeed. The characteristic of hard working and constantly giving outstanding effort describes me as a person immensely because I consistently strive to achieve my goals. Ever since the age of ten, my Mother told me do chores if I wanted extra money in order to buy anything my little ten year old heart desired. She composed a chore list and pinned it to the fridge for me to earn a little money, but only if I did the task the best I could. Although somehow my Mother can always tell when my brother or I aren't giving our full potential. How? I am still unsure to this day, but we never wanted the repercussions that came if one of us got caught slacking. Despite giving 100% effort and completing the chores the best I could for money seemed great, I happened to have what seemed to be a mile– long chore list. Overtime out of all my chores, I realized that my main income from ages ten to fourteen involved scooping up the dog poop in our backyard for a dollar per pile. Despite the gross appeal, picked up the dog's poop happened to become a steady income rapidly. Everyday after school I made sure the yard was spotless so I could earn my money. As years went on, I stopped getting paid to do household chores and they quickly became an expectation since I live there. With no longer getting paid to do chores I would soon have to get a job. Eventually I got a job, it was this past summer, I helped bail hay for my uncle and helping out on his farm when needed. I made sure I was constantly giving a 100% effort to get that job done because that's what my Mother taught me to do. Since I was consistently hard working, he knew he could rely on me. Although a household chore and a real job may seem different, I feel that I should work hard on any chore or job no ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 13. Home Stageing Essay When it comes to selling your house, first appearances count for everything. If you want your house to sell, it's up to you to do everything you can to show off your home's best assets. This is according to Carel Ferriera from Electricians Johannesburg, who says that's where home staging comes in. He says you could hire professional home stagers, but they are often costly. Ferriera shares how you can do a little home staging of your own. 1. Clear the clutter A good first step in home staging is some clutter busting, as clutter is unattractive and makes your home look smaller. Gather all the items you don't need and sell them, trash them or give them away – whatever it takes to make your home look clear and uncluttered. Don't stop at ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... 5. Clean top to toe A dirty, smelly or unkempt home won't attract buyers. Before you show your house to a single buyer, make sure you have cleaned and scrubbed every room. Every surface should be clean and dust–free, your bathroom and kitchen should be gleaming, and your floors should be spotless. Don't forget to get rid of litter boxes too, as they can make a house smell bad. 6. Don't forget the outside The exterior of your home is the first thing a buyer will see, so it should make a good impression. Your garden should be neat and pretty, and free of any rubbish. It's worth using a pressure washer or even hiring a tradesman to give the outside of your home a thorough clean, and while you're at it, now would be a good time to fix that leaky gutter.
  • 14. Finally, give your front door a fresh lick of paint and make sure your house number is clearly visible. 7. Add some accessories A few accessories can add just the right amount of warmth and personality to your home without overwhelming it. For example, try a small group of pot plants, some attractive wall art, or one or two eye–catching pieces such as a beautiful vase or a bowl of fresh fruit. The right accessories will help your home look like an inviting place to live. 8. Get Baking There's something about the smell of freshly baked bread or cookies that just makes someone feel at home, so think about doing some baking on viewing day. • 18. Home Staging Cost Is Home Staging Worth the Cost? If you are interested in selling your house you may have heard the advice that you should hire a home stager. When you are trying to sell your house and make money the last thing you probably want to do is spend more money on it. So, is it really worth paying to have your home staged? What is Staging? Home staging is arranging and decorating your rooms in a way that makes them appeal the most to potential buyers. It can be as simple as moving around your furniture to create better traffic flow, to bringing in extra decorations and extras to help show the buyer what type of lifestyle they could enjoy at the house. What's it Going to Cost You? There is a wide range of pricing that you can spend on home staging. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Studies have found that staged houses sell for 20% more money and 88% faster than other homes. This means the money you spend on staging can payoff in the speed and sales price of your real estate transaction. How Can You Spend Less on Staging? The price starts to add up if you are staging your entire house, but often times this isn't necessary to entice a buyer to place an offer. You can try cutting your staging budget in half by focusing on the key rooms in the house. These are the rooms where homeowners spend the majority of their time: kitchen, living room and master bedroom. You want to use these rooms to paint a picture for the buyer of the life they could be living. If you are unable to afford the full services of a home stager, you could also find a stager that has a reasonable price on consultations. Many home stagers will perform a consultation where they will walk through your house with you and make recommendations about what changes you can make to help your house show better. Once they leave, it will be up to you to make the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Buying a New Home This paper will address what to consider when buying a new home and what affects like marginal benefit, marginal cost, strength of the economy, domestic economy, and international trade, can have on situations and the conditions when making a decision to purchase a home. The principles of economics can directly relate to the purchase of a house, because you must consider all the possible affects your decision might have and the principles do a great job at helping you be more analytical with your decision and your reasoning to buy. There are ramifications from a decrease in value of the dollar, examples are; capital investment, multiple plant openings and closings. Because many companies over time have outsourced work to foreign companies because the cost to employ people is cheaper, but the dollar has decrease in value which is returning the factories or call centers back to the U.S. International trade is very important to our domestic economy as it does decrease the value and power of the dollar, which will then change our ability to afford things at a respectable price. This is the reason for consideration when purchasing a home; these factors are necessary to your dream of owning a home. But when these factors are what they are right now, you can see why many might find a purchase like a home is out of reach with the decreased value of the dollar and a struggling economy. If Americans can start doing things a little different, like consuming less and finding ways to innovate new ideas and more efficient ways to do more, we can then find a solution to these failures in our economy. For me at this time in life I see buying a home a good thing and a decision I am ready to commit too. My reasoning is the location of where I am going to buy. • 34. Essay On Gender Equality Which role would you prefer to have in a marriage? Would you rather have the stereotypical role of a male or female? Or would you rather contribute both roles equally? Gender plays a significant role in today's society. Compared to fifty years ago, we have come a long way in gender equality. Yet some are still faced with the difficulties of differentiating between what a women's role in a marriage should be and a man's role. When you really think about it, what should be the gender roles for men and women in a marriage? Some examples of deciding which person takes on what role in a marriage are household chores, financial decisions, and raising children. In our generation today, Women most of the time are stereotyped into being known as the ones to stay home, cook, and clean while the men are at their jobs earning money. However, gender roles in society are always changing. Traditional views of men and women have changed over the years. Gender equality is equal rights between both men and women in a society and It should be implemented or carried out in a marriage regardless of the sex. Judy Brady from "I Want a Wife" is a women's rights advocate who is a cofounder of the "Toxic Links Coalition", and a volunteer at the "Women's Cancer Resource Center". In this modern era, women are no longer expected to spend their time at home cooking or taking care of their children. It is amazing to see how much society has changed since. However, cleaning somehow has been where the line was drawn. Multiple studies show that women do most of the housekeeping around the home in modern day despite the other changes happening toward equality. In Sorata Chemaly's "TV: Where Men Work and Women Clean," the author successfully conveyed to the audience through an effective appeal to logos, and pathos that the media has distorted the idea of the way a woman's life in relation to working and staying home. ... Instead of promoting young girls to have ambition, the media is teaching them that men are the ones who work and have successful occupations while women are unemployed or struggling. • 50. Personal Statement : Homework Taught Me When I was young, I had my own agenda and things I thought were most important in my life. I had everything in order and I knew exactly what I wanted to do and when to do it. I did, however, have my daily chores. I had smaller chores like cleaning my room or helping put dishes in the sink starting around six years old. As I got older my chore list became longer which included washing dishes, sweeping the floor, feeding our dogs, and general cleaning. I had four siblings in my household so they were all divided among us. At the time, I did not know how much I was learning from these duties. The many lessons chores taught me was not necessarily obvious to me until I became an adult and was living on my own. If you were to ask most children or teenagers how doing chores and other household work would benefit them they would probably not believe there was any advantage for their future. As a teenager they may need more motivation or discipline in order to get them to even attempt their duties. As I came into adulthood, I found that one of the biggest benefits I gained was my inward drive to see any project I start to the end; whether it be school work, career, or family. In my later teenage years, I wanted to get a job as soon as I was legally able. Even though it was a part time job at the local grocery store, I ensured that I was always on time and performed my duties above standard. • 54. Advantages And Disadvantages Of Living With Family Living alone or living with family has its advantages and disadvantages which include the amount of responsibilities, freedom and financial stability a person has.The majority of young adults for years dream about the day they finally get to move out of their parents home and start living independently. Suddenly when it's time to move out and live on their own it becomes overwhelming. Most teenagers think they are ready to take on the responsibility of living independently but when reality sets in, they realize that providing for themselves is surprisingly more difficult than living with their family. When living with parents a good portion of responsibility a young adult is given are tasks to get them prepared for early adulthood. This means sharing responsibilities that contribute to the house such as chores. For example, today they're responsible for washing the dishes, the next day cleaning the living room and the bathroom. A disadvantage of living with parents would be the amount of freedom that is given. For example, in most households, there is a set curfew time to be home by, and the consequences of arriving late past the curfew time would be getting grounded, no internet for two days, or getting that favorite play system taken away. There is no talking on the phone past certain hours, not being allowed to go to that concert that's been on their to–do list because mom and dad would rather have them stay home. I agree with Lavoie when he discusses how teachers should ask questions about student's personal life's because this way students can feel like they have a special connection with their teacher. Out of all of these motivational approaches, I feel like I am a student who is motivated by people. For example, when an adult figure in my life, like my parents for instance compliment me on my achievements, I feel way better about myself and I feel accomplished for making them proud. The six motivational approaches Lavoie describes help motivate all different types of students. Part two of The Motivational Breakthrough focuses on the role that parents have in student motivation. Students need their parents support and strength in order to succeed academically, but sometimes parents may feel unwelcomed in their child's school, which hinders the child's education. Lavoie discusses how parents should know that they a right to be involved in their children's education. Parents should not be afraid to ask questions about how their child is doing in school and they should feel encouraged to have meetings with their child's teachers. According to Family.org, since the nineteenth century, men who are stronger performance their works in workshop while women who are gentler plays an important role at home. As men began to specialize in paid work, housework became increasingly linked to women. In the early nineteenth century, the ideology of separate spheres, associating men with the (public) workplace and women with the (private) home, became popular. According to this ideology, the home was viewed as pure, serene, and secure, as opposed to the impure, unsympathetic, and uncertain work world. Women, perceived as pious, virtuous, and submissive, became the rightful guardians of the domestic haven, even as their role in productive labor declined. Simplify your home décor to appeal to a wide variety of tastes when preparing to sell your house. 1. Take your family photos down from the walls. They are undoubtedly beautiful, but you want buyers to imagine their own family portraits hanging there. 2. If you are repainting for a fresh, clean effect, choose a light color. To make the room seem even brighter, paint the ceiling a lighter color than the walls. 3. Use lighting to make the proportions of the room look their best. If a room is too wide, brighter lighting at the narrow ends will widen it visually. If, on the other hand, the room is too narrow, having brighter lights on the wide sides will bring it into balance. 4. If some rooms seem a bit dark, place spotlights on the floor behind the furniture. The extra light will brighten the room without adding a conspicuous number of lamps. 5. If your window treatments are outdated or shabby, replace them with simple mini–blinds. 6. Take some of your furniture out of each room. You want your rooms to look as large and airy to welcome their new owners. Having less furniture in sight will create this feeling. The point of view in every work of literature can be different. An author uses the point of view to stress one aspect of a story or a novel to make it more meaningful. The point of view in this short story is crucial in understanding the phycological standpoint of the main character. The author's decision to make this story in first person allows for the reader to really get inside the character's head. If the story was not written in first person then it would be much harder for the reader to understand the true feelings of the character. For instance, the regret the narrator felt for the way she raised Emily would not be as evident and sincere if the author just wrote, 'The mother really felt bad for the way she raised Emily.' Another significant purpose of writing this story in first person is because it allows the narrator to express her own thoughts and feelings. Now years later I am faced with the decision to buy a home someday like many in my generation and those looking to buy property again. But just like a growing society its citizens must learn from previous mistakes made in order to avoid the same outcomes and flourish. Here are just some of the lessons we must learn from: First you must do your own research. If you are seriously looking for a home look into everything you can think of and then research some more. If you have a partner then you will be able to expand your research with two different points of views and get more results. According to a survey that was conducted to 2,000 randomly picked women, women spend average of three hours to re–do what men has done due to low quality job presented. Women Are The Ones Who Handle Household Chores Always women are the ones who handle the household chores Household chores like doing the laundry, cleaning the utensils, taking care of children and making food is always done by women. If both, husband and wife are working, it is always the woman doing the domestic work. But this is not always true. This is in fact a gender stereotype which has existed since many years. Maybe not all men or fathers do household chores, but many do. According to Catherine Rampell, a writer for The New York Times newspaper, on an average day, 66.6% men and 85% women report doing some sort of household activity. Almost everybody believe in this stereotype. Even if a man is sharing household work with his spouse or any other female in the house, his image is presented as if he does nothing. Even if he is contributing little, he is at least doing something, and something is definitely better than nothing. No man's conscious would allow him to see his wife or any female in the house do all the work in the house alone. Even if a man is going out for groceries, it is not considered a household work by the female, just because he did not contribute to do the work in the house. Women tend to see the results instead of the work done to get those particular results. General Environment The component of business external environments, the general environment represents the forces that exist outside of the company that have the potential to indirectly affect it in some way. Although businesses cannot control what takes place within the general environment, evaluations of the general environment can allow businesses the opportunity to predict changes and also to identify future opportunities. Demographic Trend The demographic segment is concerned with a population's size, age structure, geographic, distribution, ethnic mix, and income distribution. Demographic segments are commonly analyzed on a global basis because of their potential effects across countries' borders and because many firms compete in global markets (Hitt, et al., 2015). According to Jack Gibb, there are kinds of behavior contribute to defensiveness and the opposition. One of Gibb's categories of defensive and supporting behavior is controlled versus problems orientation. Control can affect relationships. One of the best examples is my relationship with my eldest sister. My eldest sister is the breadwinner of my family. She is a second mother. However, she is still my sister. Sometimes, she is controlling. For example, I am doing homework after I worked. She will command "Finish your homework for an hour only and clean the restroom! I will take a shower after an hour and a half!" with her eyes open, tight–lipped and pouted lips. The way she communicated seems to be striking a solution for her needs with less regard to my needs rather than finding a solution that satisfies our needs. Hence, we fight and argue most of the time. On the other hand, my mother would command calmly "we need to do our household chores on Saturdays and Sundays when everyone is not busy and tired." My mother created a schedule that will wash dishes every night. My mother focused on finding solutions that will satisfy everyone's need. Therefore, my mother will not hear any complaints and arguments around the house. As I described my relationship with my eldest sister, I understand where she comes from. Her motive is to be tidy as possible. I have big relatives ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Summary Of 'Cleaning : The Final Feminist Frontier' Before, women were considered housewives who were in charge of taking care of children and cleaning the house while their husbands worked jobs to sustain their families. As years passed, many things have changed throughout society, including the responsibilities of both men and women. Today, women work and provide for their own family as much as men do. Throughout the years, many roles have changed, but one issue remains which is that most men do not consider house cleaning as a mandatory task. Gross believes that men lack the emotional and physical drive to do a "woman's job". Although today more men are contributing to their home chores, there are still many men who leave this to their wives or any woman in general. Men cook and watch for their children, but they do not bother with house cleaning. Most men feel like a clean house is not needed to have a healthy, safe environment for the family, which Gross does not agree with. Notably, women being more of the "Clean Freaks" than men when it comes to homes is a much more serious problem in the article, "Cleaning: The Final Feminist Frontier," written by Jessica Gross. Gross gives an effective argument using emotion, logic, and humor that captures the reader's attention. Gross lightens up the article when using humor while also permitting Gross to seize the audience's attention. She allows the readers to relate her feelings to theirs by adding emotions from her personal experiences. Gross then adds logic, such as facts and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

I do this because I like pretending it 's not a big deal, which is totally not true. Oh, wait a second, you are possibly lost, so let me explain. I live exactly 6029 miles away from where I call home. It's been more than a year since I last saw my family. People think I handle my homesickness pretty good; otherwise, I would have gone back by now. However, I wouldn't say that I got over homesickness because there is no such thing as that. Anyway, what is homesickness? Realizing there is no one to take care of you when you get sick? Putting a second plate for your teddy bear on the dinner table and pretending nothing is wrong? According ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Furthermore, if you are living abroad, try to find nation based communities. This is very helpful because if the language is a problem for you, there will people who speak your native language in the community. Remember people from the community probably passed through the same process you are passing right now. They would have had the same questions you have right now, so don't hesitate to ask for help. You will see, they will be willing to help. Moreover, you can join a religious community such as churches, mosques, and synagogues. These faith–based communities have occasional gatherings where you can meet with other community members and become a part of something important for you. Other communities that are based on specific activities as biking, hiking or dancing are also great opportunities for abroad–living people to surround themselves with people who share same interests with them and spend good time together. Secondly, exploring your new place is another way to lessen homesickness. When you first move, you might feel like the outsider which causes homesickness to increase; therefore, stop being a tourist and take action to become a local. He felt the need to sate his curiosity with at least one question. "Let me ask you one thing. Why is this house being rented for such a low price?" "We want to keep it rented. A low rent payment coming in to us is better than no rent payment" was the agent's reply. "But, this is a great house. I love it" Jason replied.
