HOSTING
The system will be hosted on Amazon Web Service (AWS) infrastructure. The system will
be completely isolated from any other system managed by hCentive, Inc. and will not
share any resources (except the outer firewall and load balancer) residing in its own
Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with its own access policies.
These resources will include application servers, database servers, load balancers,
monitoring servers, queuing services, mailing services and storage volumes.
Database servers will be replicated across multiple availability zones. Disk volumes of
these database servers are encrypted to secure data in storage. To secure data
over-the-wire, SSL Tunnels are established between application & database servers.
Our uptime commitment is 99.9%, with minimal scheduled maintenance. Our hosting
includes management of all upgrades, hardware, and third-party software on your
behalf, as well as 24/7 monitoring of the application.
