2. SUMMARY
 Consider a request of Jack Duke, Gentzler
Electric, applicant, for the final design
review of the proposed lighting upgrades
at the property located at 5201 Broadway
St.
 Replace existing fixtures on poles and
ATM.
 Install 2 new poles in parking lot (25’ tall).

POLICY ANALYSIS
 The lighting upgrade is required based on State
requirements found in the Texas Finance Code.
 All lighting will be downward facing and not
directed onto adjacent residential land uses or
districts, as required by the City’s codes.

ARB RECOMMENDATION
 On October 20, 2015 the Architectural Review
Board reviewed the Final Design concerning the
lighting upgrades and recommended approval of
the request.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION
 Postcards were mailed to property owners
within a 200-foot radius of the property,
appropriate notice was posted on the City
website and a sign was posted on the
property
